Vicki has made my experience at Roomia sensational with her friendly attitude and willingness to help. The facilities themselves are state of the art but is by far the service received from Vicki that will ensure Roomia received my repeat business!

Vicki was an absolute legend! She was super helpful, there were issues with our paperwork which she had gotten through quickly and efficiently. Vicki was such a pleasure to interact with and ensured we were set up and knew where to go and what to do with setting up our space. Thank you for your help Vicki!

5 star definitely very easy to use their apps. Easy and clear website. Quality of staff care for personal needs and customer care was outstanding. Nothing was too much for manager Josh on the phone. I dealt mostly though with Vicki, Vicki is a stand out employee. Vicki has an amazing ability to respond to each customer individually. She makes you feel so comfortable no matter who you are, she is extremely adaptable. Her industry knowledge adds to the customer confidence. In my most desperate times she was professional yet personal enough to make me feel I had was a friend not just a client. Nothing was too hard and she made a hard situation with my lack of technology knowledge an easy task. I will definitely recommend Roomia. My experience was with St Marys.

Had a great experience signing up for our storage unit at St Mary’s. Was shown all the different options which was fantastic in helping us make a decision. Love that all the access to the unit is via an easy to use app!

Another fuss free, pleasant experience with Vicki when vacating my storage unit. She is helpful, friendly, and has a great "no dramas" attitude. Will definitely be returning here next time I need storage.

If you are looking for a great storage place Roomia in St Marys is great. We met with Vicki and she was nothing short of amazing from the start to finish when we went in. Very pleasant lady to deal with, had a sense of humour and a happy person to deal with all around. You won’t be disappointed.

Vicki was so helpful on the day I moved in. Upgraded to a bigger space without any issues. She was very friendly and helpful.

I recently hired a storage unit from [Roomia] and Josh was awesome!!! very happy with the service. The booking process was easy, the facility is brand new clean and secure all ran through a user friendly app, along with 24hr van hire with trolley. The building has easy access and Josh was helpful and friendly. Access hours are convenient[ 24/7], and I felt confident leaving my belongings there. Highly recommend to anyone needing short- or long-term storage.
