Ordered from this site never got a confirmation email, no tracking number, nothing however they tookk75.00 out of my bank

I ordered a Vietnam Memory jacket. The item shown looked to be monogramed. The item received was printed and looked very cheap. The description said secure zipper closure, but it has no zippers. I ordered a large and got a large, however the sleeves on a normal large measure about 10" wide these are 71/2" wide. They are 7.85"smaller in circumference. The sleeves are so tight I cannot wear a long sleeve shirt or lift my arms. They ship from the USA but want it returned to Vietnam. Shipping is over $35. It is a rip off! Do not buy from this company!

I placed a order on November 7 ,I thought I would have it by November 25 ,We have our family Christmas together at Thanksgiving because we all live in different states,,I have 2 days to find him a present,
I have tried to contact them .
BOTTOM LINE ,
DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY,,,

It showed that the hat was 3D and raised lettering. It was plain smooth print. Not at all what it looked like in the picture. Dissappointed.

I placed an order and paid for it on -10/02/2024 and was never sent a confirmation. Now I have to contact them to find out what happened. It is not good.

I ordered a pair of boots and when I received them they were the wrong color and were like a rubber material. I sent the company a email and they would not refund my money. They offered a 10% refund and 20% off any future order. I never received the refund or the 20% off.
It was a complete waste of money and bad business resolution. Shop elsewhere.

Joke of a store.. ordered a police hat and received a hat that look nothing like the one in the picture. They tried to say the lighting on there site shows it different then what you may receive. I said ok but then why is the back of the hat where the you tighten it completely different that has nothing to do with lighting… now if I want a refund I have to send it back to some crazy place address thats in another country and that’s not even the address on the package it came from.. this place is a big scam they dress it up really nice the site but you get fake stuff from them….

placed an order with this company for $40 they claim it was shipped and they provided a tracking number. So I tracked the package to where they it was delivered and the pics they gave showed them tossing my package in a blue post office box and i still have not received it

Yes be ready for a long wait for your order since it comes from china by Yunexpress. wow then I said to myself why did I do that?? BUY AMERICAN instead!!! if we did more of this as a nation we would be better off. quality was not great. I have learned by my mistake, NEVER AGAIN.

Shipping is forever and it is shipped with a Chinese company called Yunexpress someone needs to check into this company to see if they operate like tick tock and are using us just to mine our information. I have found nothing to this point to suggest this just curious but I am not very technically savvy. I ordered my hat around the 1st of November still have not received it. As you can see they are located in mainland China that is why my question about mining our information arose.

I like that the shop has a wide range of clothing brands. I can always find something to buy when I am there
