Very efficient, excellent service

Emma has displayed great communication skills and extremely polite.

A great company to work with and always support us extremely well, Sophie has been really helpful in resolving an order error which we've manage to rectify effectively.

It was a pleasure dealing with Roseview from start to finish. They were a pleasure to deal with and we frequently receive compliments on the authenticity of our ultimate rose sliding sash windows. Beautifully, well made heritage windows. We spent ages searching for heritage style sash windows in UPVC for our newly renovated house. The goal was to achieve a traditional exterior on the front of the house so Rose View windows were the perfect decision and we haven’t looked back since ☺️

If I could give RoseView zero stars I would. This saga has now been going on for over a year and this was a BIG order (35 + Windows) and the issues are still not fixed

let me start by listing a small selection of these issues....

1. Window Sashes that were bowed,
2. Windows Sashes all opening different amounts,
3. Windows Sashes that have such bad finish and fit that interlocks rub on the frame and stick out at least 4 mm,
4. Seals popping out
5. Foam bung missing from all the sashes
6. Glass Panes with scratches in them
7. Pen marks on the sashes from manufacturing
8. Finger pulls not installed level (massively on an angle)
9. All screws not even bothered to be counter sunk on the window fixings and fixtures (even though they have been manufactured to allow this)
10. All the metal window furniture (handles etc) all scratched or finished poorly
11. Sashes not even opening!
12. Sashes not locking properly
13. Astragal bars all loose, too long, or rattling
14. HUGE gaps in the windows beads, all different lengths
15. Missing external vents
16. Chamber fillers all coming in different colours or completely missing
17. Run through horns paint and finish peeling
18. Condensation so bad that it literally drips of the window handles
19. Draft so bad that it blows out a lighter flame!

This company is so bad to deal with, their default answer being "It's in spec" even though the Sashes are rubbing on the frames!! Their engineers also simply don't care - we overheard one stating " we have too much on and don’t want to be here" they then have to leave at lunch time after arriving at 8! They don’t have all the parts, they bodge fixes (for example to solve the issue of sashes not opening the correct amount they simply installed a big screw in the side of the frame (under the chamber cover) to stop it going down further instead of putting in the correct block). They leave the site a mess, don’t clear up after themselves and leave metal and plastic shards everywhere - great when you have young children running around!.

This company states their product is the "Ultimate" but it simply is not, there is no quality control AT ALL, no pride in the work (manufacturing or aftercare) and I would not recommend these windows to anyone. If you think this is an exaggeration I believe the phrase a picture speaks a thousands words so search for..

Highly recommend Roseview windows as a product. Recently raised a query with Francesca in customer services and she dealt with everything extremely quickly and efficiently. Very professional service.

I ordered 45 Ultimate Rose windows to replace what were amongst the best windows on the market 25 years ago. These look great. They are functionally great... No more draughts or leaks in extreme weather.... and installed in under 10 days even with the additional care needed to mate with marble window boards.

Emma was excellent and quickly provided all the information I needed.

Had a minor problem with one of the Astragal Bars to a Roseview Sash Window.

The part needed was replaced quickly and the window is back looking as it should.

Excellent Service

Unfortunately after the windows dangerously failing a few weeks after installation (having waited a year for them to be fitted) and all springs needing replacing, a year later one of the same springs has now failed again. Yes this is covered by a warranty but deeply inconvenient and disappointing for a premium product to keep failing.

**UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO DIRECTOR REPLY**: Whilst I am grateful for Roseview stepping in directly, I would expect so given my warranty is with the manufacturer Roseview and also being protected by the Consumer Rights Act, Roseview have a responsibility to ensure the windows are safe and functional. Today your engineer has been out, and it turns out a screw was firmly wedged in the sash track causing further issues, so whilst I appreciate Roseview coming to sort the issue, you assured me in writing that after the 'shoe' failure issue and replacements on all windows only a few weeks after installation, that i would not see any further issues with the sash mechanic. That appears to now not to be true. I have had to put up with extreme cold and noise in the room with the issue for 4 weeks now, with temperatures as low as -4 for 4 consecutive days, it's been beyond inconvenient and borderline a health and safety issue once again. I'm grateful for the windows to now be operational again, but when purchasing the windows I did not expect to have so many engineers visits so soon. Having your large windows completely removed each time is extremely disruptive. Let's hope today's visit sees an end to all of the issues.

The time spent researching replacement UPVC windows was well spent as I came across Roseview Windows and I am very pleased with the final result.A perfectly engineered, quality product that also looks very good indeed.

I needed a quick quote on secondary glazing which is to be installed in a Grade 2 Listed building. Emma from Roseview has been incredibly helpful, talked me through their quotation process, and the quickest way to get the quote. She was kind and polite, sent me all the relevant brochures, offers, and even offered a tour of their factory in Buckinghamshire! Very professional service all round, looking forward to doing business with Roseview.

This company go above & beyond , their follow up service in 2024 from windows that were installed in 2019 leaves nothing out. They are friendly & helpful and always ring back when they said they would, so would definitely use them again . Thankyou Roseview windows
