We’ve had Heritage Rose windows since 2003, which we are still very pleased with. I contacted the customer service department to enquire about replacement tilt catches, and was very impressed with the courteous and helpful service from Leia. She identified what I needed and arranged for the parts to be dispatched immediately. They were delivered next day and I can’t praise the company highly enough for their excellent customer service.

Great customer service from Francesca who couldn't of helped enough, resolved my query within a few hours, great experience thankyou.

The following is an email I sent to Roseview after experiencing some initial snags with the windows.

I felt it fair to drop you an email and say how brilliant I have found Roseview to work with regarding issues I have had with the windows. Every person we have dealt with or spoken to has bee excellent and very customer orientated making my life very easy. I must particularly mention yourself, thank you and the two engineers who came to work on the windows in situ, please pass on my thanks to them both and all at Roseview who I have been involved with this.

I would be greatful if this email could be forwarded on to a director/HR or the CEO as I can now sell Roseview as a company for not only having first class windows but better than first class customer care. I have several large orders for your Ultimate window in the pipeline (confirmed, one for 42 windows) and I am so happy with the response show here.

Thank you again and I look forward to working with all at Roseview moving forward. I should also give a quick shout out to Harry Whittaker who has also been phenomenal at answering my presales queries and providing information I have needed to aid with sales.

My window order was a long-term (over 18 months) one. From the very beginning, Harry Whittaker's 'can-do' attitude impressed me. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions were answered.
Although other suppliers have good products, Harry's detailed but non-pushy replies stood above the rest.
Harry is the reason we bought from Roseview.

Leia was very quick to respond to my email for parts required and put through to dispatch the same day. Great service!
