My experience dealing with Roseview windows customer care has been seamless! I had the pleasure of communicating back & forth with Adana-who was most helpful & a super efficient person. Nothing was too much trouble & she definitely went over & above to help resolve my issue.
I have many more windows to order from Roseview,
as I have just begun a large build project & wouldn’t hesitate to call customer services if required.

Worked with these guys before via a company I worked for previously. Made sure I made a relationship with them again when I joined a new company, as their product is simply the best on the market and the service is nothing short of excellent. A real joy to work with, and the windows are absolutely stunning. Also reasonably priced, especially when you consider them against timber!

Superb product and brilliant service

We've just fitted two Roseview UPVC sash and case windows and are blown away with the finish and overall look. We have a Georgian home on a coastal hillside on a windy Scottish island. The windows give us all the advantages of high quality modern double glazing whilst matching the look and feel of a period home.

The team at Roseview are so helpful and meticulous. Overall a brilliant product and brilliant experience.

We have been buying beautiful Sash windows for 10 years now. What makes a good company? Product - service - price and people. Roseview continues to invest in all of these key areas and it's easy to see the improvements they've made. The level of detail in each of the three products (Charisma, Heritage & The Ultimate) range is exceptional. The quality is getting better and better. From the directors to the delivery staff, they are all easy to speak with and quick to answer any questions. Osborn's would highly recommend Roseview Windows as a quality Sash window manufacturer.

Nice windows, not a great experience.

4 out of 5 windows wouldn’t stay open a few months only after purchasing. Couldn’t open our windows throughout the summer heat wave. Roseview were unhelpful, kept telling me to speak to my supplier. My supplier (quite understandably) kept referring me back to Roseview, saying they were only responsible for the installation. Only got a response from Roseview when I wrote a negative Customer review online. I was told my supplier hadn’t passed on the communication Roseview had sent to them about a faulty part. Roseview claimed they weren’t able to contact individuals directly because of the number of clients affected. Eventually I was contacted by Roseview directly after my only review was picked up.

I was told that a part had failed "A component within the pivot shoes supplied by ERA has failed, causing the balance to disengage". Reassured that it had only happened "on a very small number of windows" and will be dealt with swiftly. I was asked to remove my negative review which I agreed to do given the clear investment to reassure me and deal with me directly.

4 months on, after 2 visits from the Engineer (not enough clips on the first visit) – the issue is now resolved.

Whilst we have functioning windows, the process has been frustrating and not what I had signed up for when choosing the most expensive window of the Roseview windows range (£400 x 5 windows above price that my local supplier was offering for another UK made window that they had a 20 year track record of supplying without any issues/ faults). Told “there is no entitlement to compensation due to terms and conditions of sale being met contractually through each party to what is an unforeseen component failure and swift resolution once discovered”.

Here at Newglaze we have been using Roseview Windows for a number of years and they have always provided us with great service, whether that be in Quoting, Ordering, Manufacturing or After Sales.

They keep engaged with their customers through their monthly newsletter providing business and product updates. Always quick to provide any samples, brochures and information.

Roseview have managed to produce the perfect replica of the original sash window. The latest version does without the give-away block on the side. We are delighted with the result which faultlessly matches the neighbouring houses. The company is a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended.

Writing this as a company that uses Roseview Significantly as part of our Business.

We first came across Roseview 6 years ago when we installed a job for a friends chapel with Beautiful arched Roseview windows to be installed.

We started to use their products for a few years and eventually became a trusted approved installer.

The Beautiful sash windows have become such a hit with our customers in Devon we now install them on a daily basis with a dedicated installer specifically for Roseview Sash Windows we order.

The customers main objectives are replacing original 120 year plus single glazed windows with 21st century alternatives or putting back an original looking window that’s been replaced with a modern PVCu window.

Most of our work within the range comes from the Ultimate Rose as the details and measurements are like for like from a traditional sash window.

As soon as the customer sees the sample window and our original finishing techniques they are delighted to find something to fit what they are after.

I couldn’t recommend Roseview highly enough, the level of customer care and support is fantastic, they’re are always calling and asking if we need any assistance or samples. If we need any parts it’s actioned and send down within days and everyone within the company are easily reachable.

If your looking for a timber alternative product with plenty of options this is definitely the place to go!

Roseview Windows have been our preferred sliding sash window supplier for the past 10 + years and we have been very happy with their service, product, technical knowledge and after sales.
We also love how they are innovative in updating product to keep up with the latest customer requirements.

The Ultimate Rose PVCu sliding sash window is a gorgeous window and the closest I have seen to a timber sliding sash window.
The staff at Roseview Windows are always helpful and the customer care is 5* - I have never had a problem with the customer care side of the company.
I recommend others who are deciding between timber or PVCu to check out Roseview before making their decision.

We had 14 top of the range rose view ultimate windows installed by a local installer in early 2021.

Let's start with the positives.

They look nice and fit well with period properties and look like wooden windows from a couple of meters away, and would fool most people unless they looked pretty closely. Mechanically they work as they should and the construction looks decent. They also keep the rain out as you would expect with any window

Unfortunately, there are some very serious downsides.

The windows have extremely poor draft exclusion and sound reduction properties. I would say there is not that much difference between these and our original 100 year old single glazed sash windows when it comes to drafts and sound reduction.

On a windy day I can put my hand by the meeting rails and feel a draft coming through the window. Also traffic noise is not reduced by much at all even though we opted to go for the more expensive acoustic glass on all of the windows facing the road. It's as though each window has been left open a crack even though it's fully shut.

For comparison, when visiting a friends house who has far cheaper and older upvc sash windows they have no such issues. No drafts and the sound reduction, next to a busy road, is significant.

I have spoken to our installer and rose view many times about these issues, rose view have visited 3 times, none of their "fixes" have made any real difference. It's also been very difficult to get anyone from rose view to visit with it taking many weeks to get an appointment and then having multiple cancellations from them.

After getting nowhere I managed to speak to the MD, Richard Burrells, who initially sounded very positive on the phone assuring me that this is not the experience they want customers to have and they would make sure the problems are resolved, I thought I was finally going to have the problems resolved. We had another visit from rose view that failed to resolve anything, they replaced the brush seals with a longer version but no significant improvement.

I emailed Richard again who responded saying "That’s our duty done now we have attended and any further steps you wish to take would be with your installer who you contracted with." so after assuring me they would resolve the issues they then washed their hands of it after just one more visit.

On one of the visits from rose view the installer was in attendance to correct any fitting issues that may have been the cause. There were some minor installation issues that were rectified by the installer and rose view have not highlighted any further installation issues, indicating this is a problem with the windows themselves and not an installation problem. The only thing rose view has done to try and fix the problem is to replace some cheap brush seals with larger ones which has not helped.

I could not recommend these windows to anyone as they fail at two of the fundamental jobs they are supposed to do. Rose view have also been very difficult to get out to resolve any issues, it was 18 months from the date the windows were installed to the last rose view visit, and we are still stuck with poorly performing windows having spent many thousands on these windows.

RESPONSE:

You state that: "Unfortunately the issues you are facing are caused by the way the windows have been installed. They have been fitted out of square and with insufficient support and packing, meaning that the frames are skewed in relation to the sashes. This in turn has created gaps, allowing air and noise in."

This is the first time this has been mentioned by rose view at any point. As mentioned in my initial review upon the initial rose view visit some installation issues were highlighted the installer then revisited to fix the issues highlighted. Rose view then visited after the installation fixes and there was no mention of any installation issues after this point. I even had a lengthy conversation with the rose view representative about what could be causing the problems and there was never any mention that, in your view, the windows had been installed incorrectly causing the issues. Had this of been highlighted at the time I would have perused this with the installer.

I would request that you please send to me in writing the problems with the installation so that I can take this further with the installer. Without this evidence it will be very hard to get them to do anything to rectify the situation.

I have no idea why no one told me this at the time the inspections were made, or if this is a case of passing the buck to avoid taking responsibility?

No response 40 days post-email to MD for info, though acknowledged. Appears their claims below are unfounded; customer concern seems disregarded. My review holds.

We have been trading with Roseview for more than ten years. Their product range has expanded and improved over that time, enabling us to increase our system portfolio and fulfil some prestigious projects, many within conservation areas. Their sales and technical back-up has always been first-class. I would say that they are unique within the plastics window industry.

Richard and Rick from deliveries our absolutely outstanding. They always go above and beyond when delivering to us. We have several suppliers but these two are truly outstanding. Thank you both very much for your hard work.

Had my Roseview sash windows fitted yesterday and the quality and finishing is amazing! Highly recommended
