Good people and Awesome product range. The Ultimate Rose window Mk3 is a beautiful vertical sliding window with all the characteristics of a traditional sash window, of the range this is by far our favourite to sell and supply to our customers. Roseview are easy to deal with and dedicated departments make things run smoothly.

Our property is at the end of a street of listed houses in a conservation area, so it was important to replace with a window that did the property justice and didn't look out of place.
The initial visits to a local showroom allowed us to see the window up close, something which other companies couldn't provide.
The windows were manufactured to the designs required and the installation team did a great job at making them look fantastic inside and out.

My Wife has had a number of neighbours calling in to ask where we got our wooden windows from, when she tells them that they are UPVC they are astounded.

We have been dealing with ROSEVIEW for as number of years now and find not only the products great but their service too, we get a lot of help from the office staff and the drivers are helpful and polite, would happily recommend them to my clients

Having a shocking experience with Roseview which has been going on since December 2022. I require an email address for quality control and Managing Director a.s.a.p please. edit to add.....such a shame that I had to post over social media to get an email address that was denied to me when I rang earlier today and asked. Email sent. Edited from 1* to 4* as the service from Richard Burrell (MD) since I flagged concerns has been polite, prompt and incredibly proactive. Within 2 weeks, new windows were manufactured with new glazing and all other problems are now rectified and installation is complete.

We have just replaced our windows with Roseview Ultimate Rose windows in Chalk finish in our Victorian house . I wanted windows that were sympathetic to the age of the house, but would also be low maintenance and I’m absolutely delighted with them. The overall quality, finish and authenticity are excellent and the service I received when I called to source some trim was also very friendly and efficient. Lots of people have commented on how good the windows look so the look and quality is evident. Well done on a brilliant product.

We are in the process of replacing all the windows in our conversion with the Ultimate Rose sliding sash. They have transformed the look of the property and we can't wait to get the rest of them installed. You would never know they aren't wood!

We love our windows! They look so authentic that neighbours didn’t realise they had been replaced! They looked exactly the same as the 1900’s sash windows with all the modern properties of insulation both heat and sound! They are so easy to clean and we’re worth the investment without a doubt . If you are pondering about replacing old draughty original windows then don’t!

We absolutely love our new Ultimate Rose sash windows. Almost indistinguishable from timber without the upkeep or pricetag. They also keep the room well insulated. We went for a chalk finish with bronze hardware and are thrilled with the result!

I contacted Roseview Windows directly as I had some additional queries on the finishes of the sash windows the installers could not advise on. I was put through to Jazzmyn Crow in Marketing. Jazzmyn has gone above and beyond with her assistance, being the most helpful, informative and extremely patient person I have yet to come across in this field. Jazzmyn also answers very swiftly to queries and her friendly manner makes for an even better experience.

We had Roseview windows fitted 5 years ago. I cannot recommend them enough. I rarely write reviews but it just occurred to me that I should for this company.
A neighbour had them fitted before us and I thought they were wood. They look as good as the day they were fitted. The quality is remarkable, they look beautiful and they are easy to clean (they have really not needed much more than the odd wipe over). They also keep the sound of the busy road outside down brilliantly. 5* well earned.

We've had 6 Ultimate Rose in Chalk White windows installed and they have really enhanced the look of our house. We went for Victorian Offset design which were originally in the house before someone changed them to Georgian. Had a couple of queries before we decided which way to go, so popped in to the factory/showroom for a look and chat. Roseview team have been very helpful throughout the process.

Really excellent service - I needed some replacement sash window lifts and my request was handled courteously, professionally and supplied speedily.

All my communications with Roseview Windows have been professional and helpful. They have had patience in explaining technical details and have been quick to respond to any communication.Happy to accommodate a quick call to avoid a lengthier email exchange. The Rose Ultimate windows look great. We are in a conservation area and the traditional look fits well together with a softer white that also makes for a more authentic feel . The windows look well made and the action on open and closing is smooth. A reasonable level of sound suppression is afforded by them certainly more than old style upvc. I would not hesitate on recommending this product or company.

We live in a conservation area and so opted for the Ultimate Rose as this is the closest looking thing to real timber. The windows look amazing and you really can't tell the difference to traditional wood. Our old timber windows were in such a state of disrepair that the transformation is incredible.

We have used Roseview as a supplier of secondary glazing for over a year and are very pleased with their efficiency from quote to delivery.
A recent installation for acoustic benefits proved to be excellent with our customer delighted at the results.

I had the ultimate rose sash windows installed in a new build property that is in a conservation area. These windows are stunning looking and really enhance the look of the house, along with the bricks, enabling it to look like a 100-year-old house in an old village, rather than a new house.
They were installed by the registered installers in my local area and the service provided was excellent.
My builder has said that these are the best windows he has seen and he has been building for over 30 years.

I live in a house in a conservation area built in 1983 where the inferior quality wood windows. The house is on a busy street and secondary glazing was installed soon after and previous owners had blocked up windows. As a result the bathroom and kitchen windows could not be opened for ventilation. After forty years they had began to rot and could to be repaired. After an extensive search I discovered Roseview produced sash windows which were double glazed and looked more authentic. Delivery took a little longer than anticipated but that is par for the course in 2022! The windows were installed over two days and the increase in light coming in and the reduction of sound and vibration form outside was immediate. In the hot summer weather I was able to ventilate the house properly for the first time which kept it cool. The provision of poles and hooks enable the sash over the kitchen sink to be opened and close with ease. Inside and out the windows are handsome as well as practical. Much admired and the finished was painted to match the scheme of the house. With winter approaching, they will help insulate and reduce drafts at a time of high energy prices.

Excellent service and responsivness through from design support to post-installation. Terrific vertical slider product that went down well with planners and conservationists, and now the house is very warm and quiet.

Two years ago we had 38 Roseview Ultimate Sash windows fitted by Bespoke RKM (Perth, Scotland).

Whilst the windows look very authentic and matched the period home in which we live, we have had an extremely frustrating two years of poor customer service from Roseview and still have unresolved issues.

I have delayed this review in the hope that all the issues would have been resolved and I could therefore provide a more balanced review, unfortunately this is not the case and at every turn we are left disappointed and frustrated by Roseview.

In summary, once the windows were fitted we found that there were significant draughts blowing through a number of the windows, despite being assured that they were fitted with an extreme weather pack. In addition, a number of the windows had large numbers written on them in permanent pen, which were visible from the outside of the property. Thanks to Bespoke RKM, Roseview eventually sent an engineer to try and resolve these issues. Following the visit and some tweaking of the brushes, we found that the issue with the draughts was still unresolved.

A further 6 months later (approx), following another intervention by Bespoke RKM, the Roseview engineer attended and upgraded the brushes which seems to have subsequently reduced the draughts. He also ordered replacement panels for those that had numbers on them and found that two of the sashes were made to the wrong size and needed replacing.

A further six months later (approx), the engineer returned and finally removed all the numbers on the windows. He replaced one of the sashes but the other had been manufactured to the wrong size and had to be re-ordered.

Finally, today we thought we may see the end of this saga, when the new sash was to be fitted. Unfortunately, it had again been manufactured to the wrong size and has to be ordered again!

With the quantity of windows we have had fitted you would expect there to be some issues and the measure of any company is how they respond. In this respect Roseview have failed miserably. Repeated emails to their management team have been ignored and phone calls to their customer service team, asking to speak to a senior member of the company, have also been ignored. Not one single apology, for what has been a very disappointing and draining experience. I have again requested to speak to a senior person from Roseview and will update this review if that is forthcoming. Two years after our windows were fitted, an apology and an explanation of why this has been such a saga does not seem too much to ask. Watch this space!

I am pleased to say that on this date our replacement sash arrived and was fitted successfully by Bespoke's fitters.

In summary, these windows look fantastic on our period building and I would challenge anyone, from a couple of metres away, to notice they are not wooden.

I highly recommend them as a product and if the customer service is improved, I would not hesitate to recommend Roseview Windows to anyone.
