They ask for an awful lot of information, which was frustrating and I can see why they need it but seems too much. Jessica , Theresa and Rachel helped me out, I almost gave up joining . How good it will be, I don't know yet. We will see if I ever win .!

Closed my account! 1 player won 8 times in a row! Always happy for players winning but very frustrating when its the same player over and over again! The CMs are also very rude to players! Plus never received my bonus after signing up!

Been on this site for years now never banked a penny. Dead spins constantly and when you finally get a bonus you win a couple of £. Won’t be wasting another penny on here or there sister sites.

As a lady of a certain age
As a lady of a certain age, let’s just say I’m not great with computers. Chatted with a couple of the live chat helpers as I was having problems. Not the site’s fault I might add. Rachel and Gael were especially helpful and patient guiding me through everything. 10/10. A great experience as so often people can get frustrated with a certain generation. Would recommend massively.
