Complete rip off which I fell for. It looked like a London boutique store,had a couple outside the store as if it was closing down, took over 2 weeks for shoes to arrive.... First clue, not even in box, just a plastic bag & bubble wrap.
Shoes nothing like image, they looked pink & navy with say a 3 inch heel, what arrived was cream & navy, not dainty like online image, and a 2 inch old lady heel, then when you go back to your oder and click 'check order' the site is unreachable. They were £50 in sale original was £75 or something, what arrived were worth £20 at most. So annoyed with myself.

I waited 3 weeks for my bag to arrive and when it did, it was not as stated. Site said that it was real leather but it's not. Very badly made and I could have got better quality in TK Max for.the same price. Dreading what the shoes will be like. People, do not buy from this company, their claims are false

DO NOT BUY from this company I purchased 2 pair of shoes when they arrived they are too small and have been waiting 4 weeks now for a return note to send them back, they keep offering me a discount to keep them but as I have told them why on earth would anyone want to keep shoes that don't fit! The shoes are obviously manufactured in China the quality is very poor, the packaging is a plastic bag wrapped in a jiffy bag not good. This is obviously a SCAM do not but from these people

CAUTION - SCAM ALERT
The quality of the clothing is NOT boutique, the sizes are VERY small. The packaging is cheep and tacky and the quality is poor.

There is ZERO manner to return items and get a refund and you are not able to contact them either.

Do not buy from this website.
I bought a size 4 and they sent me a size 2. Emails front and back for 16 days and at the end, they said that the size corresponds to what I have ordered.
Tried to get a refund. Denied.
Tried to get a change of shoes. Denied.
Total scam.
I would give 0 stars if I could.

I ordered a pair of shoes size 5 and was sent a pair of size 3. I asked to arrange a return & refund and was asked to provide proof - I sent photos of the shoes received (clearly showing size 3) plus the package and my original order confirmation. This was 2 weeks ago - the company has twice offered me a 10% refund but refused to engage to allow me to return the shoes for a full refund - as I am entitled to. I wrote 5-days ago reminding them of my statutory rights and requesting a full refund - they are no longer replying to my messages.
