Fahad caused alot of issues for our travels in march flights got cancelled he wouldnt rebook and kept ignoring our calls.
He then rebooked after begging him so much and only done us one way tickets to pakistan kept our hotel money and visa money from for dubai.
He then left us in pakistan and didnt rebook ua a flight back we had to book it ourself and cost us £2400
He promised he would pay us back
He begged us to delete our reviews otherwise he wont pay us
We deleted our reviews and he gave just £1000 back promised to give another £1000 on the 5th july
5th july (yesterday) same thing hes ignoring our calls and doesnt reply to messages.
I would never advice anyone to book with this agency the worst service takes weeks to get back to you and realy doesnt care about people.

I have used Royal manchester services and they are really good especially miss saman,she guided me very well. We have booked 5 star hotel with them according to thier recommendation . The hotels were really good . The transport was good . They give us the choices for pickup that was amazing.Jazakallah for providing a great service

Royal Manchester organised the Umrah very well. They are well organized, always helpful in getting the visa and transportation. They have booked an outstanding hotel in Madinah and Makkah.

Booked umrah hotels through RMT ( Fahad ) this time even though I have been several times and booked direct with hotels/ online . Prices were competitive and booking process super smooth with effective communication from Fahad. Had a slight hiccup in checking in at Movenpick Medina, However this can be expected as there was large group of 30+, Fahad resolved everything to our satisfaction ! Stayed at Conrad Makkah Hilton everything went well, pricing, location service is spot on . Will use Fahad again for future bookings ins Sha Allah.

i have just landed few days ago and left this review for Royal Manchester Travels. I am from Edinburgh and i booked Package with Fahad. Really as Fahad said all hotels was good and at walking distance. Transport was on time and good drivers speak very nicely to us. Emaar Grand was very good hotel clean reception everything very good comfortable for us. and medinah we have Emaar Mektan really few steps to haram just take 2 minutes to haram. I really appreciated Fahad and his team. I would again book with them. Fahad given our family a nice service thanks a lot

Brilliant service from Toyal Manchester Travels! They saved us a considerable amount of money on the bookings compared to the popular online booking websites. In addition the service was seamless and smooth. Pick ups and drop offs, transfer from Makkah to Madinah and Ziyarahs were fantastic with very respectful drivers! Highly recommended.
