They are a scam. fraudulent. Received a totally different doll than what I ordered. The doll is hard and freaky looking. Contacted them and they offered me 10% I said no I want my money back. They offered me 20%. I said no I want my money back. Now They are ignoring me.

If I could give a negative 10 rating I would. These scammers need to be shut down. I ordered a doll on 4/3/26 and received the doll on 4/13/26. No issues with the shipping time as I understand it's coming from China. What I do have an issue with is like the majority of the reviews and that's their product accuarcy. The dolls you receive are CLEARLY not the same dolls that are listed on their website. They say the mold is the same, but how in the HE** do you show a doll online with open hands and the doll I get has closed hands. Haha That's just one of many issues with the doll. And they still try and tell you it's the same mold like we're stupid! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! I'm glad I used PayPal.

Its a $2 shop replica.
I sent an email and got the same response as plenty of others that have the same issues.
I wish these reviews were available prior to my ordering.
They offered a measly 20% refund on a $75 product.
I purchased from Australia for my granddaughters birthday and will not be giving it to her as I am totally disgusted in the product and the pathetic response from this SCAM company.

The reviews did not pop up until after unfortunately I ordered paid for and received the doll that looks like a Dollar General doll never again and I wanna refund. This is the worst ever wow, you guys really out here scamming people.

The doll we ordered was nothing like the picture represented on the website. It actually appeared to be a used doll, with used looking clothing and the hair was knotted. Save yourself money and DO NOT order from this company

It's a joke ask for a refund over and over and get the same response or worse a offer for 20 dollars back for dolls that I didn't even order they look nothing like the dolls advertised from the hair to the body's and the cloths also not silicone. One has a difigured hand I bought four of them for my grand babies and just to have them think they were getting different baby dolls that looked like the ones they hand picked was so disappointing . There has to be something that can be done legally to either shut them down or make them advertise the dolls they are going to really send to hard working people. I give them no stars, worst business I've ever dealt with and I'm so disgusted with the response from a so called business.

I wouldn’t even give this scam website a 1 star I ordered from this website and wish I would have done some research but I didn’t. I am still trying to get a refund back on my 215$ purchase! They are saying I can only get 15% of my purchase!! These ppl have sent me many of different emails they can’t get it together oh and don’t ask for a phone number because they are working on there call center so no number what kind of company dosent have a number my advice save ur money unless you know 100000%%%who your buying from is REAL RSG dolls is nothing but a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely disappointed with this purchase.

We ordered what was advertised as a “real lifelike reborn baby doll.” What arrived was a stiff, hard plastic doll that feels no different to something you could buy from a discount store for $20–$30. There is nothing realistic about the texture, flexibility, or overall quality.

To make matters worse, when my 8-year-old daughter gently picked the doll up, the head actually fell off. This was absolutely heartbreaking for her. She had saved $140 AUD of her own money to buy what she believed would be a special, lifelike reborn doll.

The product does not match the advertising in terms of realism or quality. Even the dummy does not stay on properly.

Customer service initially offered only a 20% refund, which is unacceptable considering the condition and quality of the item received.

I would strongly caution others before purchasing.

It has been 16 days since I ordered and still do not have the doll. I paid an extra 2.99 for expedited shipping. I would not do that again. More to come, when I see the quality of the doll.

WARNING! DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. PURCHASED A DOLL FOR MY DAUGHTER AND IT WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. ITS A SCAM!!! WONT EVEN REFUND THE ENTIRE AMOUNT, ONLY 25% WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE.

I bought a silicone doll girl which was not like the picture even the cloth. The doll was expensive compared to another plastic doll that you can buy at target or Walmart. Was not silicone was a hard plastic doll.

Bought this doll for my daughter, but on arrival i was not as advertised. We have asked for a refund and the whole process for returning as an utter scam. We were told to ship the item back to China, direct to the manufacturer, and on receipt the money would be refunded. The package was sent as per their instructions but has been stuck in customs now for almost 5 months. RSG Dolls are not interested in resolving this issue and will only offer a partial refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I would give this site a negative star if it was possible. The doll looks nothing like the doll we ordered. Baby now has a mohawk hair style from the hair falling out. This is not due to the child's playing too rough with the doll. I bought a hat to cover up the ugly hair ( which cost more ) and the hair was coming out then. So sorry I didn't take a chance and send it back. I was afraid that I wouldn't get my refund. Then I was out the money and a doll!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. They did not send the doll I ordered, and the doll I received was of poor quality, and they don't want to give me a full refund for something I ordered and didn't receive. They want me to pay for the shipping to return (to Chine) the wrong doll I received or accept a refund of only 30%. It's a scam, folks, don't be fooled by the pictures on the website.

This doll is a total disappointment and looks nothing like the AI generated doll they put on line! Not even the hair was the same which really disappointed me and the cost of the doll you would think there would be some type of quality! You have to pay for shipping and don't even think about returning because that would come out of pocket as well! My advice is to delete the emails advertising from your email and tell any and everyone never to order from this place!

I wasted hundreds of dollars purchasing 3 dolls I could have purchased for $50 tops.
It’s seems impossible to get a refund after reading all these reviews and I should have done my due diligence prior to purchasing so I am to blame for that. I plead to you SCAMMERS to please stop this, it’s not fair!!!!!

The dolls are not what they are advertised. While the dolls initially look attractive the hair falls out and the eyelashes come out. I purchased two for my grand daughters and both dolls hair started falling out on the 3 day. The return process is equally frustrating they offer an extremely diminished refund.
