The Rubber B for Rolex 126660 did not fit. Took to watchmaker- does not allow springbars to connect in a seemless manner.

The correct Rubber B strap will always mount the correct intended watch model easily, and with zero exceptions. This is why many official Rolex boutiques offer Rubber B straps to their customers, due to the reputation of our brand over the past decade.

We do not provide fancy boxes or bells and whistles because that would mean we would need to charge our customers a higher price for their products in order to cover packaging costs.
Rubber B straps are actually manufactured in the most costly and same top Swiss factory as other independent watch brands you probably are familiar with (Hublot, Omega, Richard Mille, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Patek Philippe, to name a few), who manufacture their straps at the RB factory. They sell their straps at much higher price levels than RB, as we wish to meet the needs of a more broad audience by keeping prices as low as possible.
Other than excellent service to our customers, we are only dedicated to making straps and nothing else... this is the reason Rubber B is the ultimate rubber strap.

We are saddened to hear your review and surprised... Your order was shipped the same day you placed it, arrived from the USA to your door in tax-free in the Czech Republic just two days later with live tracking via UPS.
We were not able to locate any emails from you about your complaint here. We always answer emails the same day and are available for immediate live-person customer service M-F / 9-5 EST via telephone. We do have solutions for your issue, so it should not be a problem actually.
It is rare but frustrating when customers make no consideration to communicate their issue to us, unaware of the efforts our team makes on your behalf as a valued client such as quick, transparent shipping and human support via phone or mail.
