Selecting and customizing our XStamper product was straightforward. Processing and delivery by Rubber Stamp Champ was on-time with good communication.

Everything was good. The prices are very expensive.

The stamp arrived with a broken handle, we had to glue it back on. the size stamp and the handle given don't seem sturdy or of quality given the dimensions.

Several stamps made and all high quality

Really loved how clean the die cut on my stamp was considering it was only .25" It's working fantastically and even came out better than I'd hoped. Really glad I went this route.

All instructions are easy and straightforward. I smile at the end when they remind you to "check your order again!" This feels like its from experience! Lol

The stamp does not stamp our logo clearly, upon looking at the stamp it is very sloppily cut out and doesn’t have clean lines. Unfortunately we still had to order from an additional company after receiving this one because the quality is not up to par to work for our business.

Maggie your customer service person is at least 10 stars on a 5-star rating scale. She is absolutely wonderful; you need to clone her. Seriously

Unfortunately, your systems are lacking. The worse part was this: when I opened the package I couldn't even pull the stamp or ink pad out. EVERYTHING was awash in black ink. The person who packed my order put the ink pad on top of the box with the stamp in it. There was no rubber band or piece of scotch tape to keep the ink pad closed. Putting it in a small plastic bag would have been ideal. Bottom line: this was a "donation" to another one of my banks, South State. I brought the package to them and warned them. But I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if the entire mess went into the trash. It took me forever to get the black ink off my hands. I haven't had the heart to call them to to see if they threw the package away or not.

Used them before years ago was satisfied then and satisfied this time.

There was an abundant selection, and shipping was quick. Switching words can be a little messy, but that could be improved with a slightly larger dial.
