I had an issue while working with their Website, and subsequently threw a bit of a hissy fit about it on Trustpilot. The service person who called me (immediately after I grumbled), explained to me the error of my ways; and now everything is rainbows and unicorns again. I shall return for future purchases; only next time I'll watch what I am doing....

I ordered a personalized notary stamp, a personalized notary seal and a jurat stamp with blanks, all with extra ink pads and 2 sets of everything for my 2 offices. The orders were processed and delivered so quickly. The stamps and seals all work excellently, and the prices was really good compared to local shops!

They called back to point out the font chosen was too small for the intended stamp. They care about customer satisfaction.

The ink arrived fairly quickly, works well, and is decently long lasting. My only issue is that there was no communication letting me know the order had gone through or that it had been shipped so was just waiting hoping nothing had gone wrong.

Great. Exactly what I ordered. I am glad I came back to them after ordering years before.

I think they did an outstanding job on the actual translucent part of the stamp. They have great customer service as well which is very hard to come by today!

The wooden part I think needs work but the effort of quality was seen. I would o ly recommend wood gluing the handle in place and making the "thickness" of the wooden reinforcement thinner.
Overall a it did what I needed it for.
