Received the car in about 10 business days even though it was during the holiday period. It's been a fantastic clean vehicle for a great price and fantastic shipping cost. Customer service has also been top notch. Would highly recommend.

Purchased 2022 Rav4 LE AWD. There is minimal inspection prior to selling the vehicle. The car preparation was oil change and paint touch of rock chips.
1-Tires were worn, out of balance and caused horrendous vibration. I needed to put new tires on the car.
2- Front end was out of alignment. I needed front end alignment
3-Engine coolant in reservoir was empty(not even visible). I needed to add coolant
4. Cabin A/C filter was filthy black moldy which caused an unbearable smell
5-Winshield was full of chips and cracks
6=Brake calipers were all pitted as if someone tried to clean with very harsh solvent
7-Brake calipers rusted and also pitted
This vehicle had only 23k miles which is very suspect. You will not have any vehicle maintenance history of the vehicle because Avis does their own inhouse maintenance using non-OEM parts.

In addition, make sure to verify what vehicle build you are getting because rental car companies order cars of the cheapest level leaving out many options. And, they charge just as much as other dealers in add on fees to your purchase.

My purchase from Ruby car has been seamless from start to finish. I had a great experience! Long story short, my old car got hit-and-run while it was parked and unfortunately totaled. I shopped around for a Kia and RubyCar had my dream car for quite cheap (even a Black Friday discount on top of it)! I was worried that my license plate wouldn't arrive as fast, but they took only one month to mail it to my doorstep. Milton was checking in on me and making sure I was happy with my experience too!

They will sell you a car without confirming whether the car is even working as expected.

I purchased a 2020 BMW a few months ago and then it got sent to the repair shop without my knowledge. I inquired about when it will be sent to me, no one could give me an answer.

Long story short, I cancelled the purchase but now still don't have a full refund. Stay away, don't say you have been warned. When you do get screwed over by this company, remember this post you read from me.

My first car was a 2018 Nissan Altima SR model. Juan Cajigas, a financial advisor, smoothly helped me with the financing without a hiccup. The dealer allowed me 7 days test drive the vehicle and gave me 2 years warrantee with the purchase. During the test drive period, I found a minor mechanical and lighting problem with a dead light bulb and a wheel alignment. Margie Diaz and Ruby-Car paid for the repairing services in full, no question asked.
From the excellent experiences on the first purchase, I again bought a 2nd vehicle with the online car dealer Rubycar.com. My 2nd car was a beautiful 2023 Mazda CX-30 Carbon model. Juan Cajigas, a financial advisor, smoothly helped me with the financing without a slightest problem. Came with the purchase, I was also received 7 days test drive and 2 years warrantee concurring with the manufacturer warrantee. During the test drive period, I found a non-performance impact minor scratch on roof top and uncut key. Again, Margie Diaz and Ruby-Car paid for the body services and programming the uncut key in full, no question asked.
I have nothing but totally positive and trustworthy experiences with Juan Cajigas, Margie Diaz and Rubycar.com.

Margie Diaz made this experience go from horrible to amazing with a few phone calls to fix up other peoples mistakes along with constant and consistent communication and even opened up her lines for communication on her days off. Beyond grateful for her.

I would be careful buying from this company. I contacted them regarding a 2023 Tacoma. They won't provide the actual pictures of the vehicle. You can spot on their website that the outside pics are from different showrooms, not of the same car, and the inside pics have gauges showing different fuel levels. They probably reuse the same standard pictures of a fully loaded Tacoma and add one actual pic of the odometer. So, if you think your car will have all the options shown in the pictures, think again. You cannot see the vehicle in person as well. They offer a 7-day refund, but you won't get federal, state, or county taxes (and dealer's fees) back. I am staying away from them.

I'm not a very good place to get a car from I'm still waiting for my license plates haven't got them yet haven't heard from them can't get in contact with them it's really nerve-racking police are trying to tell my car and I pay for it it's really upsetting

Everyone was very helpful, caring and stayed in contact with me to make sure I was taken care of and had all the information I need. It was a very smooth process and I appreciate everyone who went through the process with me.

Same experience as you've read about. Paid cash for the car. Not sure the pictured car was the same that arrived. Color right ... but it was supposed to have leather seats ... but it doesn't. I purchased it on June 3rd ... got the car June 26th, but the temporary license expired on July 6th. Now I technically can drive the car. Plates and Title still in the abyss of delivery!! Avoid this company!!!
