Great handbag, delivered without a hitch and quickly too.

Shocking! Beautiful shoes, but too small and I have had ZERO communication from Ruby Shoo despite numerous emails trying to arrange a return. I will NEVER trust a company that had such bad customer services! I've spent almost £60 that I'm never likely to see again. My next step will be either the small claims court or trading standards 😡

Shoes are beautiful and amazing quality. I have numerous pairs of Ruby Shoo. Fit as expected. Price was great! The only thing is there was no shipping information when it reached Canada so I had no idea when they were arriving. Prior to Canada, great communication on shipping details.

Really bad experience . Bought shoes and bag on 23rd june for my upcoming wedding, they were sent 48hr tracked delivery. Two and a half weeks later it’s still not delivered. The tracking says delayed and I’ll hear the next working day… has said this for two weeks and still no update.
Courier says to contact ruby shoo so they can investigate what’s happened.
I’ve contacted ruby shoo on TWO different emails, the mobile number provided and on Instagram and had NO REPLY AT ALL on any platform.
How do you get a response?
Very very poor customer service!
Yet I’m still being sent constant emails trying to entice me to buy more shoes
Do you care about your customers at all?

Update -recieved email back after writing this review, courier has now given option to get delivered to shop so hopefully this works!

Delivery time has been terrible. Waited a week and needed shoes for a party but delivery delayed and arrived after the party. Really disappointed.

Am still waiting for this delivery they said between 8 and 9pm Friday and Saturday and then they Said they couldn't delivery it but turned up Sunday when we wasn't in. Its flats Evri are a waste of time

Still waiting drlivery over 1 week, have email customer service but no response, no answer to phone call don't even know if they will fit how long would it take if I have to return and get refund.

Very poor experience so far
I had previously ordered a few years back and found the experience efficient
My latest order has been placed nearly 4 weeks without any confirmation or tracking details. Countless emails have been sent and no feedback, seriously disappointing considering it was an anniversary gift that has now been missed

Really disappointed, had the shoes two weeks and they look extremely worn already. The flowers fell off after the 3rd wear, they look like I've had them for years. Loved the shoes and was so excited to wear them. But really disappointed with the quality. I have contacted Ruby Shoo but no response. The sole has now fell off.

Beautiful shoes worn for 10 hours at a wedding yesterday. They are comfortable, well padded under the foot with an elegant but stable heel. My only minor criticism is that, like a couple of other reviewers, I would like a tiny bit more wiggle room in the toes (a whole size up would be too big). Regarding customer service, I had to return my first order because of a black mark in the right heel. It was initially a bit confusing who to contact for an exchange and the phone went to voicemail but Deb at Belle Divino emailed me and was very helpful, sending a replacement pair out to me immediately which was much appreciated.

I wore the pink Miley shoes to a wedding and received compliments about them all day long!!
They transformed a quite simple outfit and were very comfortable to wear. I was happily still dancing in them after midnight when everyone else had changed into flat shoes

I love Ruby Shoo, have heels for going out out but love flats for everyday work wear

Ordered Sophia shoes. Very prompt delivery. Beautiful shoes, comfortable but unfortunately didn’t suit what I wanted them for. Requested a refund which was dealt with efficiently . Would order from Ruby shoo again .
