Con 30 euro di spese di spedizione per una spedizione lunghissima mi aspettavo fosse tutto incluso e invece ho dovuto pagare ulteriori 30 euro di spese doganali.
Per poi scoprire che le scarpe, nonostante abbia preso il mio numero abituale, sono grandissime, larghe e lunghe almeno due numeri in più e non posso indossarle.
120 euro buttati.

I love the shoes but I bought them the same exact size as my other Ruby shoes and they are way too big - very frustrating because I have to pay to ship and now pay to ship back and I was so sure they would fit because of my other pairs.

Great in general with Ruby, BUT, I live in Mexico and the “international partner” in my country for Royal Mail is Correos de Mexico, which is the national postal service. That is not good, I haven’t received mi package yet, if I get it could be monts from now, and it’s even possible I don’t get it at all. I didn’t notice this before ordering. Postal service here sucks.

The shoes are nice, however the customer service from the yahoo email is non existent.

I'm aware this has been over the Christmas period, but I returned 2 pairs of shoes in early december and only got refunded for one with no explanation. I have been trying to contact the company with no response and am now £70 down.

Is there just one person running customer service for this company? The emails I've sent have gone unanswered and the phone number listed sounds like a personal mobile (no formal answer machine message). Not to mention the email address listed on the refund email for customer service was different to the one listed on the website so I have no idea which is the correct one despite no response from either.

If the entire(?) customer service department was off for the holidays it might have been good to display an out of office email message or something on the website saying you were closed over the holidays?

I see other good reviews here and the shoes seemed nice (wrong size for me unfortunately) but honestly this is starting to feel like I've been ripped off. I'm not sure I'd order from them again.

A few days after posting this review the second half of my refund was processed. I have adjusted this review up to 3 stars accordingly. I never did recieve any communiation via email or telephone. Thank you for processing the refund Ruby Shoo/Belle Delphino.

Fantastic shoes, so comfy and excellent customer service when I had to exchange for a larger size - I do think the sizes maybe slightly on the small size. I'm usually a size 4, but size 5 fit wonderfully.

I have been in love with RubyShoo since I got my first pair six years ago. I wish they had a US stockist, but my order came super fast from UK. Everything was perfect and beautiful as always!

Gorgeous shoes that I was able to wear all night on 1st wear. Matching bag looked great, both items making the outfit just right. Delivery was within 24 hours as requested, meaning my last minute decision to buy new shoes for a Christmas do was worthwhile and they arrived in time.

I absolutely love your shoes!!! There are no other shoes out there that are as feminine and pretty as yours (without having to pay $3k). Thank you for being there for women who care about how they dress.

I can’t give this any stars as a week and a half after ordering I still haven’t received the boots that I was told would be with me in 48hrs. The initial emails and calls I made were ignored and now my emails have been answered with “take it up with Royal Mail” No idea what to fo now apart from reclaim The money from my credit card company. I live this brand of shoes but this was a rubbish experience
