Customer service is second to none

Beware, they will scam you. The product is good but there is a hidden subscription option in the ordering process that automatically creates a recurring order on your behalf. When you realise your mistake and try to cancel you find the subscription cannot be modified until 3 orders have been completed. Emailed more than once for assistance with correcting this error and was met with silence. Won't be buying again based on this scummy behaviour alone.

I started taking RUCI supplements a few months ago and I’m honestly so impressed with the difference they’ve made. I was quite sceptical at first because I’ve tried different supplements before and never really noticed much change.

Before I started taking them, I was struggling with heavy and painful periods, mood swings, poor sleep and constant cravings for sweet food. I also felt tired a lot of the time, which made me more likely to overeat.

After around two months of taking Rest/Balance, Rest/Recover and the vitamin drops, I started noticing a real difference. My periods are no longer heavy, my cycle is regular and I feel so much better mentally. My sleep has improved a lot too. I fall asleep much quicker and wake up feeling more rested.

One of the biggest changes for me has been the food noise. I don’t constantly crave sweets anymore, so I naturally eat much less sugar. I also don’t feel as puffy, and I’ve lost some weight without really trying.

I didn’t expect to notice such a big improvement in such a short time, but I genuinely feel healthier, calmer and more balanced. I’m now only taking RUCI supplements and I’ve already recommended them to my family and friends.

Amazing products, beautifully packaged.

I bought this Absolutely amazing collagen which has completely transformed my skin after breaking out using so many different brands , before I had crepy skin and it was so inflamed and I suffered with hormonal acne , I have been using this product since January and I won’t ever be without it now , my skin is clearer than it has ever been and visibly tighter , I have just bought the balance blend to help with my hormones and pcos and trust this brand more than any , I’m sure by the end of this year I will be using every product . I love that you can message her for advice directly and she responds which you just don’t get from other brands and she will help recommend products best for you ,you can tell this is someone that’s built a brand purely on passion and a love for women and that I am always in support of .

I have been using the C&C since September last year as I've suffered with acne for years and scarring. I can honestly say this has made such a difference to me. My skin has been the best its ever been. I have been lazy and didn't do an order, along with personal stress and hormonal issues my skin has started to flare slightly and I can tell I've not had it for a little while and in need of it. Ordered more this time and about to try the Collagen Plus (hoping it helps my hair growth) and I'm excited to try this along with C&C. Charlotte is so helpful with any questions or queries and always responds to messages on Instagram or email. Feels so good knowing its just vitamins and stuff that's actually good for you and no toxic or anything nasty going into my body or onto my skin

RUCI collagen has improved my skin and thickened my hair , noticed not much falling hair since I started to take it

I bought the collagen and so far so good. No unpleasant smell or taste. You definitely get your moneys worth. The bottle comes beautifully packaged and a measure cup provided.
