Each one is amazing and the more I talk about them the more I’m realising how popular they are. They are literally changing and improving people’s skin massively (including my own). I started using RUCI after 10+ years of battling with severe flare ups on my face which caused me to not go out in public as I was embarrassed. The flare ups really knocked my confidence and I had tried everything from steroid creams and steroid tablets, to antihistamines, creams, dermatologists, immunologists, changing products etc etc. Steroid cream has caused irreversible skin damage and I didn't want to use it anymore. I bought the Clear & Calm and within a week of using it, I noticed a huge difference in my skin. I suffered with really bad acne a few years back and I love trying to find things to help prevent it coming back without all the harsh treatments/chemicals. From start to finish it was super easy to read the website and straight forward in ordering (fast shipment and delivery too which we all love!!). I love that the supplements are liquid as I find I give up taking tablets easily and it tastes amazing, which is an absolute bonus. Ruci is absolutely amazing independent brand. I have been using their Clear and Calm supplements for 2 months now and I have noticed a considerable difference in my skin. From a blemish-sufferer for many years which nothing worked, to not having any break-pits and clear skin is amazing!!
