The 2 items purchased came perfectly packaged in great time. Sadly I had to return both as my measurements were incorrect. The refund was made quickly. During each stage of the purchase and refund I was updated on progress. Quality of items was perfect just far too big for my space

I ordered the Stockton Linen Wood 3 Door 3 Drawer Unit and was extremely disappointed with what arrived. The item shown on the website appears cream/ivory in every photo, yet the unit I received is a completely different grey colour — and the website does not state this anywhere.
However I spoke to customer services who referred my complaint to the Director and he was helpful and offered a partial refund so I can it wrapped in ivory.

No information on when it was going to be delivered.
Delivery driver left on the doorstep rang the bell and ran. Luckily we were in otherwise it would’ve got wet.

We are so sorry to hear that you weren’t notified regarding a delivery date. Having checked our records we can see that this was due to no mobile number being provided and DHL, who were the courier in this instance, do send text messages with delivery time slots. That said, thank you for flagging this to us, and as a result, we are making the need for a mobile number clearer to our customers on the delivery information forms. Whilst we appreciate you are disappointed with delivery service in this instance, we hope you are enjoying your new 6 drawer unit, and we have shown that we do value and act on Ruma customers feedback, helping us strive to improve our service at every stage of our customers journey.
