Middlesbrough Half Maratho
Did the Middlesbrough Half Marathon yesterday. Found free car parking, easy to find the start. No bottle necks. Lots of toilets at the start. No toilets along the route. Didn't see any medical personnel until the 10 mile marker. Struggled to find our free handouts. 2 different medals were being handed out.

We do always have medics on site who roam the entirety of the event, so you may have just missed this during your event. Great experience for my first time at the Nantwich 10k. The support was excellent and I can't fault the organisation of the event.

Attended the North lincs 10k & half…
Attended the North lincs 10k & half marathon at Quibell Park Sunday 1st March. The organisation was terrible the 10k runners were approaching the finish only to be met by the Half Marathon competitors being walked towards their start line resulting in collisions, with at least one 10k runner falling to the floor needing hospital attention. The paramedics (in a car) had to negotiate from the velodrome through all the Half Marathon competitors which seemed to take ages. Whoever thought it was a good idea to have 10krunners, half marathon competitors walking to their start line and spectators together is beyond me and whoever signed off the risk assessment for this needs further training.

Hello Amanda, thank you for sharing your thoughts and the information you provided. We spoke to the team on the day and the reason they gave for a change in the planned route, was that the walk to start line wasn't suitable enough due to the flooding underfoot, and the diversion route was what you saw on the day. Everything reported here will be used to assist in improving it for next year and we hope it didn't tarnish your run too much.

First time at this event
First time at this event. Well organised, lots of friendly staff and volunteers. Excellent start and finish location. Some parts of the route a bit bland but still an enjoyable experience overall with a good medal. Would enter it again.

The Run-through event was well…
The Run-through event was well organised and a real team experience. The organisers were brilliant with regard to sorting out bibs and answering questions and the marshalls were encouraging along the way and made a real difference. It was my first 10k but I will definitely be doing another one .

Dartford Half Marathon
Start area is good,
stopping at bottleneck of fishing tents for 4/5 minutes was a joke right after the start. Course check?
No Kilometer markers at all. None! Unbelievable!
The water station at top of Gore hill instead of the bottom was pointless.

Great pre-run information emails and event booklet. The support on the day was phenomenal the warmup as always was energetic and encouraging. The end of event awards with medals water bottles snacks are an added treat and always welcome after an event.

Dartford Half - mostly great, except bottle neck at 1k
Ran the Dartford Half today - largely well organised, good marshalling & event site was good. Main issue is coming to a standstill after 1k right at the very start. Path too narrow round the lakes for the volume of runners & fishermen's tents narrowing the path even more. The first part of the course needs to be sorted out...no one wants to be walking at snail's pace after only 1k!!

Bought a ticket for the half marathon…
Bought a ticket for the half marathon on the 1st of march Sunday 2026 paid around £65 there must of been a glitch when I made the payment I still haven’t received any booking reference or an email confirmation it’s quite a bit of money to be losing

Well organised run
Well organised run, accommodating 3 different distances on the same course. Clear instructions given,no wait for booking in or toilets. Handy warm up and results swiftly loaded online. The course was a good testing route with 236 feet of ascent and descent on the 5k, double that for the 10k and 4 times that for the half marathon, so nearly 1000'.

I love love love Runthrough events
I love Runthrough events, always well planned and volunteers are fabulous! The event tees and medals are great quality and race entry is worth every penny. The race photos are so professional, I always look forward to those. Site is a bit clunky to view them but gosh that’s low on my radar. I’ve done 3 events so far and my daughter has done the Junior Race twice. I recommend to everyone!

My first experience with RunThrough
I completed a 10k race at Birmingham Running Festival last weekend. Despite the course being extremely tough and hilly, I had a great time! This company did an amazing job at the event and made it come to life. For example, having a group warm up, Marshalls, music, pop up stalls etc. I would definitely do another race!
