I was ready to miss my trip but then a friend recommended rushed passport and i gave them a try and boy they saved my trip.
They definitely get you the passport on time if you are half as diligent as they are.
I never leave reviews but i literally opened an account to praise them.

Please stay away, this is a scam. I paid $1394 for two passports on Monday, I was supposed to receive the passports Saturday (I also had to pay for the U.S department of state passport’s fees causing the price to increase to $1800+.) I was told I would receive the passports on Saturday, After I did all the mandatory steps they informed me I had to do, I was scheduled with an appointment to the post office, I made it to the post office to find out that there is no way I’m going to get the passports by Saturday. I should had a FedEx shipping label and I had none. I immediately call rushed passport stated that I am at the post office and I need a fedex prepaid shipping label and my trip is on Sunday. The agent on the phone told me when everything is done the envelop is sealed she will send the FedEx shipping label. I reminded her that my trip is on Sunday. she put me a on brief hold to check with her team if I will received the passports by Saturday just to found out I wouldn’t get the passports until till July 1st noting my trip is June 28th. I have messages showing I was promised delivery date June 26 and was told June 27 if all the documents were approved on Tuesday which were approved. I paid based on those promises, which were not honored. I requested for my money to be returned and was told someone will call me.. still nobody has contacted me. Do not waste your money, just walk to the post office and get your passport done for $160. I flushed over $6000+ down the toilet because of their negligence now I can not cancel my flight. I will be getting a lawyer.

They did what we needed, got our passport to us, responded to questions we had. It’s a nerve wracking experience, due to not knowing if it will actually work, but Rushed Passport was pretty good at assuaging the stress. Quite expensive, but that’s what we get for not doing it ourselves in a more timely fashion. I’d use them again, but with more confidence now that I know it works.

Removed my original review. My passport arrived today. The people that work with RushedPassport and handle getting the documents together on the online portal are EXCELLENT… I have never had any issues with them. They are very quick to respond to messages and phone calls, which should be expected for the amount of money spent.
HOWEVER, once the documentation is sent via FedEx to their connection in DC area there is no guarantee that the process is “expedited”. The tracking number on USPS site showed “shipped” and a delivered by date of June 22. Today is June 18. Anyway, this service caused me lots of stress because I had to cancel a trip because the passport didn’t arrive.
If someone uses this company they should have someone at the passport agency in DC or wherever to personally walk things through. Yes, I received my passport before my trip but it should have been processed quicker.

Service was great always on time and making sure you will get what you need I recommend if you have any last minute travel they will handle all the work for you absolutely love it !!

If you find yourself in need of passport renewal I highly recommend Rush Passport. We found out last week for a trip to Grenada you had to have 6 months left on your passport we only had 3 months. Rushpassport helped with the application process and in one week we had our new passports. They kept us informed through it all. Thank you rush passport.

Extremely disappointed with my experience.

I paid Rushed Passport to assist with obtaining an expedited passport and followed every instruction provided by their team. I spent significant time gathering documents, communicating with their staff, and traveling to the passport acceptance facility they directed me to use.

When I arrived, the clerk’s office refused to follow the process that Rushed Passport had instructed me to use. After wasting substantial time and effort, I contacted Rushed Passport and was told that what happened “was definitely not supposed to happen” and that I would now need to go to a different location and effectively start the process over again.

As of this review, I have spent weeks dealing with this issue, have not received the service I paid for, and have been left without the expedited passport assistance that was promised.

The most frustrating part is that even after acknowledging that the process failed, the company has not made things right. Customers paying hundreds of dollars for an expedited passport service expect accurate guidance, competent handling of their case, and a resolution when things go wrong.

I am requesting a full refund. If the company resolves this matter promptly and refunds the fees paid, I will update this review accordingly.
