If I could give zero stars, I would. This entire process feels like a scam. I paid over $600 for the passport application service, only to be told later that I would need to pay an additional $220 government fee that was not clearly disclosed upfront.
The pricing is extremely misleading, with hidden fees that dramatically increase the total cost. By the time everything was added up, I would have been paying nearly $900 for a passport. That is completely unreasonable and far more expensive than expected.
I have lost trust in this company and will not continue the process through them. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this service carefully review all costs before paying. In my experience, the lack of transparency and excessive fees make this service not worth it.

Company was very slow responding after paying their fee. They missed several deadlines which caused me to miss my expected date of receiving the passport. This cost me my job as I was unable to travel for a mandatory meeting. Very disappointing

First time requesting a passport so wasn't familiar with the process at all and was looking to get it expedited as I was looking to travel for work within the same month which made it an anxious experience from the jump. The process is a lot more complex than I expected but Rushedpassport has a very streamlined easy to understand process with an even more impressive app to upload documentation for validation right and track progress right from your phone. As impressed as I was with the company as a whole, I was more than equally impressed with their agent that assisted me, Kobe. He was very calm the whole time when I was not. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Though the service is far from free, for a person like myself who was very unfamiliar with the process, it was worth every penny. Highly recommend!!!
