100% legit! I just got my passport and did everything online. Wow didn’t think it was real at first. Highly recommend to anybody who is as anxious or skeptical as I was. Plus the team there was fantastic throughout the entire process answering any questions I had so thank you again.

This company cannot guarantee your passport will arrive early. Two months after using their service and paying over $700 to get a “rushed passport” I have no passport AND they refuse to refund even a portion of the fees I paid. Scam.

The process for renewing my passport was super easy to follow. I was in a rush as I had travel booked for 2 weeks out. The communication was excellent and they have since answered follow up questions I had. I would recommend to anyone who needs passport services.

I was in a precarious situation after checking into my Alaskan cruise 21 days prior to embarkation, only to find out that you are unable to travel through Canada if your passport expires within 6 months of your trip. My two son’s passports expired 5.5 months AFTER the last day of our trip and they told me that they would be unable to clear customs. I could not believe this (what is the point of having an expiration date if you can’t travel 6 months prior to it expiring)! I was desperate and luckily reached out to rushedpassport.com. I dealt with Thomas and Amanda and they both went above and beyond during the entire process and kept me informed of every detail. I was really worried, but the process was explained in detail and was very clear and straightforward. Within 8 days of contacting rushedpassport.com, I had them in my hand. That includes getting the paperwork all together, the appt at the post office to have the paperwork approved and in a sealed envelope and sending to the company via FedEx. I received an email confirmation from rushedpassport informing me of the progress and updates. I also received an email with the tracking number from USPS. I can’t believe how smoothly this went and how easy it was. Well worth the $$$ in my opinion. Truly a pleasure to work with such kind and friendly people in the midst of of a difficult situation. I am so thankful for Amanda who not only answers all my questions, but responded almost immediately to every email I sent. Hands down 5 stars!!!

My experience was fantastic! They communicated every step of the process and my passport showed up exactly when they said it would. Shout out to Ana for doing a wonderful job.

Cost is not clear upfront. You will need to pay many additional fees. Some moments they were responsive and others radio silence. If changes were required to a document you would get one note at a time and we needed to resubmit 4 times to get all changes incorporated. LOA does not have check boxes, but expect you to check bullets, just messy.

Absolutely fantastic communication and service. Booking process was quick and efficient. I cannot recommend this enough to anyone struggling with last minute documentation.

I had some problems with the post office staff but when I called “Rushedpassport” they spoke to the post offices workers and advised them in what to do.
The staff was therefore me every step of the way.

Amanda was EXTREMELY professional, helpful, and patient with me. I am not the world's most tech savy man, but she was very kind and patient with me, even though she had to ask me to make corrections several times.

I had a valid US passport but when I tried to get ETA approval to go to the UK, I kept getting rejected because my picture on the passport was too blurry. I tried for over a week to get an adequate picture of the passport and even went to a professional photographer. When nothing worked, I got desperate and contacted Rushed Passport. Ana was excellent and she helped me get my passport just in time for the trip. She even sent me a picture of the new passport so I could apply for my ETA before it arrived. I would absolutely recommend this service if you have passport problems.

I am extremely disappointed with the rushed passport service. I paid a significant amount of money for expedited processing because I had an upcoming trip that I had already fully paid for, and the passport did not arrive on time. To make matters worse, there is still uncertainty about whether it will even arrive at all.

What is most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. Despite failing to deliver the service that was paid for, there has been no refund or meaningful resolution offered. It feels like I paid a premium for a service that was not honored.

This situation has caused unnecessary stress, financial loss, and disruption to my travel plans. For a service that people rely on for time-sensitive situations, this level of unreliability is unacceptable.

I would not recommend using rushed passport services based on this experience. The cost is high, the guarantees are unclear, and when things go wrong, there seems to be little to no support or compensation.

This service was fantastic. Constant contact when I had questions andi had zero issues. They made this process fast and painless.
