It has been a slow process
It has been a slow process. I have no idea as to when I’ll receive my passport or how it’s coming. Can you please advise. And I have no phone number to call if it doesn’t arrive. I’ve been waiting for over 6 weeks and this is the first feedback I’ve heard. Bi need clear & consise update.

Simple and Convenient
They made the application process impossible to mess up. I didn't request a timeline for my passport, but it was still at my door within 18 days.The convenience factor is a 10.

How I rated filling out your forms I had to get help from my family. Now due to the mail strike we had to make appointment with an office that isn't even in Ottawa. Also every time it seem s that I have paid for some esle.
I am a senior without car or a husband that would take care of all this.

Pasport renewal
It was a little time consuming but was necessary to make the application complete. I will be happy to receive my new passport soon.

Super Fast Super Easy!
I downloaded the info online, paid the fee, filled out the forms and provided the old passport and new picture. I sent everything via FedEx and received my new passport in about 10 days! Super happy!
