Charging card without informing
When I did the trial, I did not get any confirmation email that I had a monthly subscription of $39.99. This is such bad customer service by not sending any confirmation email of monthly subscription. Also, when my card got charged, I received NO receipt letting me know that my card was even charged. How would I ever have known that they were charging my card?? And now they are not willing to refund me for the months that they have charged me without informing me that they were charging me in the first place.

Obwohl ich eine Testversion gebucht und bezahlt habe und auch nach zwei Tagen gekündigt habe, wurde mir für den Testzeitraum die Abo Gebühr von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Diese Abofalle kann ich nicht empfehlen, ich bin nicht die einzige der es so ergangen ist - und der Support hilft hier nicht weiter.
