Pricing, Unusable Login, Customer Service, and Tips for the Customer
After realizing I had been charged twice for a subscription I had attempted to log into their website, at the time it had consistently been a white screen. I had wanted to verify if I had previously cancelled as I swore I had same day after getting a PDF I needed for the trial period or if I had needed to. As well as I had noticed the charges were $49.95 rather than the $39.95 as advertised on their website at the time. When I had emailed support in regards to this information and because I had mentioned the phrase "I wish verify if I had cancelled or if I need to cancel" since I was being polite, instead of advising if their login was down of if the additional $10 was a tax or their pricing had changed and the information had not been updated on their website they had cancelled for me and told me that I can use the services for the time I had paid. However, I was not capable of logging into my account as their login was completely nonfunctional and had not been for some time. When I reinquired about the additional $10 per renewal and being able to use the paid services I did not have access to, they had only told me they could not give me a refund despite that not being what I was asking for. And while I do see their login is now functional, I see their pricing has not been updated. And while this very well could be a legitimate company with a very big price point per month, their customer support is professional only in wording rather than addressing the needs or worries of the customer. If you find yourself in a similar situation I had been where you are incapable of logging in after starting a trial, outreach to your bank's customer service and request RushPDF either be blocked from making charges, or removed from your wallet as both will do the same thing and render them unable to charge you after trial. If your bank asks as to why, let them know you are unable to use the services you are paying for due to being unable to log in and let them know that this website has a history of it if you see this. Do this same day if you can manage to remember. Otherwise you can still do this afterwards if you see they have been charging you after the fact.

There policy states that any refund must be made within 30 days to be elligble. I did mine the hour after and they denied it for an accidental purchase that i had made.

Fraud, thieves, they stole 90eur from me, I converted one document, for 90cents, and I just now realized they charged, me 6.11.2025 43eur and 26.11.2025 another 43eur, I didnt agreed to that!!!! I had to block my card

Ease of Use and Navigation
The PDF builder was great and very. Easy to use. The conversion process was very easy to navigate as well. It did not give me a difficult time to get the format I needed. Glad i came across this website. You guys are awesome!

very easy to convert in different formats
I was pretty amazed how the Builder was so easy for me to use. The conversion of the pdf to other formats was easily done. It did not give me a hard time. Very good website. I will highly recommend to family and friends.
