Good service

Customer services was very good at russels

I was at Russels in Giyani looking for a bed , I was assisted by a lady named Thabiso. She managed to explain to me the different types of bed abd was very patience with me, though I informed her that I was there to inquire and will come back at the later stage. She then proposed a laybye that will secure me the price I saw. Big ups to her and hope all clients that she assist feel safe and welcomed by her great service. I will call again to do my laybye.

My name is Mulalo, I recently interacted with Lindiwe at Russels De Oaks Crossing Mall, what an awesome service and assistance received from Lindiwe. I received a prompt, friendly and most satisfactory service because am now fully informed of what product I should be buying from them, this considering that it was a telephone inquiry due to distance. My needs are fully met. I just also like the follow up she made to ensure that I am satisfied with her assistance. Keep it up Lindiwe. Awesome
