Hi good day iam mutshidzi thanks russell funiture and I was assistant by Christine Ramasimu at Louis trichard shop she is a good person and kindness

I was treated like one important person in this world. The salesperson, Mokgadi, by name, was very helpful and so open. It felt like home. My furniture was delivered so punctually and as I bought one sofa with a fault, she promised that they would all in their power to get assistance to fix it. They logged a request to have it repaired and I now have the reference number from the repairing company.

Excellent customer service
