I had the best experience for the second visit.
Amelia is one of the most helpful people to deal with.
From the actual deal to getting items loaded, she is personally involved.
Bradley (manager) has created a helpful and friendly environment that wants me to go back there again.

Thank you for the great service.

My parents trusted Russels way back then so I also thought I shoul. 2024 I did a laybuy of a kitchen unit paid it out in Dec 2024, they deliver Jan 2025 it is something completely different from what i bought. Reason, they did not have the unit it was discontinued so the customers who bought it were supplied this alternative. Mind you they only tell me this when I enquire after I've received the unit.
2025 December stupidly again i go and buy cash a wardrobe. It is the 06th of February I am yet to receive what I bought. First they didn't have it in the warehouse because they were working on skeleton staff in Dec so I patiently understood. But now it is in the warehouse and I've been waiting for it's delivery since mid Jan.
I would never ever buy at this store again.
They don't even communicate they just stay silent until you ask #rubbish
