Web site rubbish, tricked onto shopify and details kept without my permission. I purchased the last two 500ml of espresso martinis, which I did without shopify. Then I was told I could buy the last four 200ml express martinis which I did but this time I was moved to shopify which had all my details. So Rusty Barrels account of this is incorrect.

I have now purchased 3 cocktail shaker sets and recommended to my sister who also purchased one. They are beautiful, and very well made. They make a beautiful gift and each recipient has been blown away when they opened it. Service is great. I already have another person in mind to buy for soon. Sue

I work in the Hospitality industry, and our clientele in relation to beverage is primarily draught pour, along with wine and spirits. As such I recently purchased The Rusty Barrel Mayfair cocktail set, as I wanted to expand my pedigree. I received my order promptly and wow absolutely fantastic. Utensils are of quality craftsmanship and wouldn’t look out of place in a High End London Establishment or on the side table of a home bar. In addition to this I received a wonderful personal e-mail thanking me for my trust in this great brand.

Sadly everything is made in China.
As I don’t wish to support the regime I emailed customer services after I received my order, saying I felt their marketing was misleading.
They didn’t bother to reply.

Online ordering is a nightmare at the moment with the Royal Mail strikes 🙈
However, having contacted Rusty Barrel for an update (spoke with Chris), they were more than happy to help and my parcel has now arrived in time for Christmas xx

I knew my order might get caught up in the Royal Mail strikes but I emailed in and the guys helped me throughout and of course the parcel did turn up!
