Very good service, people working in options very helpful

Extremely thorough eye test with good advice on eye cleaning and eye care.

It is always a pleasure to visit because everyone is so friendly, helpful and professional.

Nothing is too much trouble. The atmosphere is always a pleasure.

Excellent care from reception staff, and amazing care from the optician who took a great deal of time to explain fully her findings and the requirement for a new prescription

I was concerned about the way my previous nationwide opticians rushed an eye test, so approached Woodfall and was reassured by the care with which the tests were carried out. Moreover the equipment used seemed to check more issues than in previous tests / scans.

I was also impressed with the knowledge and guidance given about appropriate lenses and RayBan Aviator frames – a design I adopted and reordered regularly since 1972, now updated with stronger arms.

Service was very friendly and my spectacles were delivered on time with a helpful fitting session.

Overall a promising start to what will hopefully be a long relationship.

I was made welcome by the receptionist .The optician was very reassuring and answered all the questions I asked.She explained how my eyes were working and what might help to improve my eye health.She was easy to talk to and very helpful.
The receptionist that fitted the glasses prescription was very polite and let me choose what I wanted and was very chatty as was Richard when I picked up my glasses which was within the time I was told.All in all a pleasant experience.Thank you.

Very professional service

Staff were professional and friendly, very customer service-oriented and not salesy. The optician, Rishi, was very thorough and explained in understandable language what she was doing and the options available to me. Highly recommended.
