Effective Agent - good value & quality
After trying 3 other Agents locally, Catherine Salisbury at Ryder & Dutton was the only one to get viewers and a buyer for us. They followed up well and helped with communication with the buyer and conveyancers. Would recommend - not the cheapest but certainly represents good value!

House purchase
I have just purchased a house with Ryder and Dutton Heywood, and can say the help and support from all the team was amazing. They were all friendly, helpful and kept me up to date with everything and if I was worried or wasn't fully aware the team Catherine, Ewan, Fran, Jenny, Tom & Gail were there with phone calls, emails and upto date news regarding the house or sellers information. I would recommend them 100% as they made the sale of the property stress free.

Ryder & Dutton have just sold my home. I had a great experience with them from start to finish. Always on hand to answer any queries, speedy responses and plenty of updates. The most effective agency I have tried in the area…
Having tried 2 other agencies (1 online & 1 traditional) it was only R&D that achieved viewings and a sale. Their follow up was good and the staff helpful. An example of value- not the cheapest but worth it!
