The Wizard gives me advice on which Estate Agent to go to when selling up . I spoke to a few different estate agents back in April 2026 when I decided to sell my house. Chloe from the Mortimers Blackburn branch came out to meet me and talk me through how they would approach the sale.

What stood out to me was how personal and relatable she was. I never felt like I was just being given a sales pitch, and I came away feeling that she was genuinely the right person to trust with selling my home.
