Absolutely brilliant. Paul Caffery, my hat off to you mate. Bent over backwards for me and helped me out, listened to me moan and put up with my daft questions. Seriously friendly and lovely people. I would 1000% recommend these to anyone wanting to move. Nice and simple. We hit a few snags but got through it eventually. Well done!

First time we have used this agent to rent a house and they have been extremely helpful and efficient. Always reply to emails in a timely manner. Staff are polite when speaking to them. Would recommend them as an agent. We dealt with Rachael and Niks both very helpful, friendly and efficient

Gabrielle has been outstanding - a value added member of staff!!
We have been really impressed so far with the service received by Gabrielle, she has been clear with us as landlords about what documents are required and has given us assurances that we will get tenants that are thoroughly vetted by Ryder & Dutton.
She has been fantastic at communicating with us and has been efficient on getting our property on the market and handling viewings.
Would definitely use Gabrielle in the future, let's hope for some happy tenants.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ryder & Dutton to secure a rental property, and I must say, the process was smooth and hassle-free. From the initial inquiry to the final paperwork, their team was professional, responsive, and dedicated to ensuring everything went seamlessly.
The communication was excellent throughout. I was kept updated at each step, and whenever I had questions, the staff was quick to provide answers, making the whole process feel transparent and straightforward. The online portal made document submission and payment tracking incredibly easy, which saved me a lot of time.

Have been renting in Greater Manchester for several years now, and this is the best letting agents I’ve dealt with so far. Gemma Horn and Gabrielle Wray have been fantastic at dealing with everything, they were kind, polite and very communicative throughout the whole process. They were constantly providing updates, and were very quick to action everything to ensure our move-in was quick and smooth.
