Incredibly happy with the service throughout. Sold and purchased with R&D and would absolutely do the same again. They made a very stressful time easier and I'll be forever grateful for all the help provided. The whole team were amazing but a special mention must be given to Geraldine Marsden who worked tirelessly to manage the chain where she could and went above and beyond for me from the moment she picked everything up. I sold via the Chadderton office, bought via the Middleton office, Geraldine was a constant on both sides.

Sold and bought a house through Ryder & Dutton. The process was simple, smooth and easy. Michael the manager from the Middleton branch along with the selling agent Bryony were great. Carmel our move manager was fantastic, she kept us informed throughout and helped chase the sellers and their solicitor to help with completion. Worth paying the extra over an online estate agent who we tried and were useless. We would definitely use them again! Great team work! Well done Ryder & Dutton.

Elizabeth at Ryder & Dutton Middleton was amazing. Any concerns we had, we shared and these were rectified. Last minute stress the day before moving day and Elizabeth was right there to help us.

Positive points: Branch Manager was very helpful during initial process, and guided me very well and house went up on sale fairly easily and quickly. The drawing of contract was easy.
Negative points: Once house was sold, Lack of communication, I wasn’t kept up to date, I had to do lots of chasing around and even with that I would get redundant answers. Any information I was seeking from seller where agent has to act as a bridge, it was almost impossible asking them for help. Staff not very helpful. Based on this I think they are overpriced for services they give.
Will I recommend R&D? No!

The team were very friendly and supportive everytime l called the office line.
