I have not received the photobook yet, so can revise this once I receive the product. I used the online tool to create my photobook and it was not as easy as I would have thought. I have created photobooks through other companies before hand and thought the option for a quick design would be fast. Photos first had to be imported and then selected to be added to the page. I thought the uploaded photos would automatically be added to the pages. Additionally, I imported photos from Google Photos and it kept timing out which was really frustrating. I had a lot of photos to pick through, but the process likely was ~20 minutes or so. In order to upload the photos successfully, I had to upload them in batches every 1-5 minutes so that the connection to Google Photos would not time out. Lastly, I wish the automatic layouts would take into account the orientation of the original photos (landscape vs portrait).

Hello I’m a loyal customer of Saal I love the software it’s smooth working with it,
But my last 2 photo books I didn’t like the quality of the colors of my images, they were silk finish which I love, but now the last book didn’t arrive yet I ordered in glossy print which is not my preferable look, if I don’t like it I will think about next time where to go. Thank you.

I prematurely gave you my credit card information thinking you had a way of postponing my final decision. I wasn’t finished editing my photos and adding captions. I did this on a Saturday. When I realized my mistake, I immediately emailed you stating my issue. Email came back on Monday that it had already been ordered with the option of getting another book for 50% off. This was my first attempt making a photo book of my images, but I won’t order from you again due to your lack of flexibility.

Saal Digital makes the best damn photo book in the market and what makes them even better is the delivery time of at least a week in a half and that's coming from Germany.

This is my third time using Saal. I don’t think my experience could’ve possibly been easier. From the beginning to the end, it was quite intuitive.

The application was easy to navigate and quite fast on my computer. It even offered tools to assist in improving my own photo placements as well as their quality.

The final cost was, in my opinion, high. This caused me to wait for a coupon deal which delayed my purchase for months. It was meant to be a birthday gift for my mother so I missed the date unfortunately.

We just had a new photo book printed of our trip to Acadia NP. After taking some time to learn the layout process and actually building the book, the quality of the book and printed photos were outstanding.

I had a great experience making the photobook, and I was very happy with the print quality and resolution. I wish I had done more research into paper finish options before ordering, as I REALLY don't like the silk photo paper and wish I had chosen more pages over the paper upgrade. The "silk photo paper" is like textured dotted plastic, and it's very distracting when looking at the details in my photography.

I absolutely love the photo albums I get from Saal! The app is fun to work with for design with ready-made options; and the ability to resize photos and change a layout to fit a "special" photo makes it even more fun. I live in the USA and I'm always impressed by how quickly I get the book -- and the quality never disappoints. The books make my photos look far more professional than I actually am!

The site was very easy to use! I had a lot of fun making my photobook. When it came in the mail, I was so excited! It was even better than I could've expected. Had a good experience with Saal digital. Fairly easy to put the photo book together. But, you have to save EVERY time. I found that out the hard way and wasted a lot of time. Fast shipping and the book is fabulous. Just how I had envisioned it turning out. Will definitely be ordering more photo books in the future.
