Sabersense Avaliações

The communications between myself and Chris were amazing. I was so well informed of what was happening and the options I had, and it was a really quick turnaround time all things considered. Would absolutely use again. Quality service and really good price.

This was my first time using Sabersense as my lightsaber needed repairing due to what I thought was a dodgy charging port and battery, plus a me error thinking the chassis can be removed…I broke it!

I emailed to see if it was possible to repair with pictures and Chris responded quickly saying it shouldn’t be a problem. Chris explained how to get the saber to him and all information is also on his website. Once Chris got the hilt, it wasn’t long till he emailed back saying it’s a quick fix and also explained in great detail the problems and how things work as there were no instructions and it turn out the battery was fine, I was just charging it wrong. Plus, he told me on this specific hilt, the 89sabers Anakin EP3, the chassis is fixed. Probably the reason why it broke in the first place!

He then explained what he needs to do to fix it and before going ahead with the work, asked if I was ok with the new changes which included a full reprogram. Chris also said he’ll make instructions for it as It never came with instructions in the first place. This is amazing work to take the time to do this.

Chris’s communication skills were excellent. From start to finish he explains everything very well and answers any questions you have. Very knowledgeable. All prices are reasonable and he tells you the costs of all his work very clearly. His Sabersense website is also brilliant. With a help calculator if you’re looking to price up a custom install.

Once I got my saber back. I was over the moon. The buttons were better than before as Chris took the time to 3d print something to make them feel better and to my surprise Chris made a start up message of my name which is unique. My lightsaber feels even more premium than before all thanks to Chris. Battery charger included as I was charging it wrong and an easy to understand instruction booklet as Chris reprogrammed it all.

I cannot recommend Sabersense enough for anyone looking for lightsaber repairs or custom installs. Chris did an exceptional job on my lightsaber!

Thanks again Chris!

Spoke with Chris and he was able to provide me with exactly what I was looking for at a fair price.

After purchasing a One Replicas thermal detonator (Etsy) and needing it to be wired, I asked for a quote and posted the detonator off.
Having the opportunity to look at what needed to be done, Chris offered to either wire the 4 LEDs to a battery for me, or for a bit more time and money he'd add sound effects, LED animation, with a custom chassis.
I took the latter option and am so excited with the quality of the work and the sound effects.

I always received fast polite email responses, and if I buy another kit I will be a repeat customer, I would highly recommend saber sense.

First time using Sabersense and what a great experience! I acquired a Luke MoM V1 with Crystal Chamber and decided to get it fully installed. From start to finish Chris was so helpful and informative and guided me through the process. Literally everything was done so professionally and to the highest level… from the actual installation, frequent updates and the wonderful YouTube video explaining and showcasing the work. I would not hesitate to fully recommend Sabersense, the whole process is just a sheer pleasure and the end result is superb.

Quick Service, Great communication, good job on the repair work, highly recommend

Sabersense is truly the UK's best saber smith service, they'll work with you to give you exactly what you want at a great price, giving you an overall great experience!

Very Professional, lots of communication and a stunning end product.

Recommended.. A++

Chris was very patient, methodical, and accommodating when I came to him with a significantly complex multi-saber request. He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and was very professional. Upon receiving the sabers, I was very impressed by the high standard of workmanship and care that had gone into my project.

I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer with Chris!

Fantastic service from posting the chassis to getting it back working better than ever , this 100% won’t be the last saber I send to Chris for his expertise and skill .

Sabersense is the best place to go to get your lightsaber in the best possible shape, absolutely a pleasure to deal with

Chris ha done a number of saber jobs for me and his advice and attention to detail are phenomenal.
I will never be using anyone else.

I’ve worked with Chris on a couple of occasions, he’s super smart and his installation and electronic fabrication skills are second to none. His customer services are excellent, very responsive and a great guiding hand to do what’s best for any style of Saber you want. Absolute legend in the custom Saber arena.

I sent an ancient Vaders Vault lightsaber, bought back in 2016 for my son Joe, off to SaberSense, hoping they could fix a broken speaker.

Chris replied as if repairing a decade-old relic was no trouble at all, and offered to sort it for a very reasonable price.

After a few emails (and Chris educating me about all the new technology available), I ended up upgrading the whole thing: new pixel blade, new internals/soundboard, the works.

Chris kept me updated every step of the way, and when the saber came back… it was better than anything I could have imagined.

The best part? My son, who was 6 when he first got it and is now an occasionally grumpy near-16-year-old, has been transformed. He’s literally running around the house swinging this thing like a happy young Padawan again. He will not put it down. Miracles do happen.

Huge thanks to Chris and SaberSense — brilliant service, brilliant craftsmanship, and apparently the ability to reverse teenage mood swings with a single upgraded lightsaber.

Brilliant customer service! Everything I asked for was done and done to a high standard. If you’re after a high quality install for a lightsaber then Sabersense is the place to go

Class service

Chris did an outstanding job on my lightsaber. He took the time to adapt it to my needs while giving excellent advice. You can trust him completely.

I contacted Sabersense to see if they were able to convert a broken Legacy saber to Neopixel. Chris was excellent, informative, and has given new life to a saber that had become a paper weight. Very happy with his work, and will 100% be using SaberSense again

Great service, good communication, quality of the product is fantastic, and I recieved my order quickly in postage.

Certainly recomend!
