Very Poor on All Counts
Basically . . . Next Day Delivery - Make Up Your Own Mind . . Summary – As general Builders We Usually Buy the Dryzone Damp Course Cream Via Local Merchants but They Have Stopped Stocking it Due to the Expiry Date – This Our First Order Direct With Dryzone {Safeguard} on 3/6/26 . . . Our Order Has Been 'Delayed' on the Tracking with DHL since 7.06am Last Thursday 4/6/26 . . As of Yesterday 8/6/26 DHL Email Says 'At Sortation Facility' they Will Deliver Thurdsay 4 June – Yes Thats Last Thursday – 5 Days Ago . . We Contacted Safeguard 3 Days Ago and They Confirmed it Would be Delivered Yesterday 8/6/26 . . . Yep Still No Parcel . . Tracking Still Says 'At facility', Therefore As This is Written We Are Still Without Our Order - Our Customer is Waiting and Weve Had to Postpone the Job / Losing Money . . . So Moral of the Story = Dryzone Products are Actually Ok, But Their Customer Service Does Not Work and Their Chosen Courier is Beyond Useless - Dragging Them Down and Damaging Their Business . . . Frankly Any Excuses Containing the Following 'Unfortunately They Are a Third Party Courier and We Have No Control' or Similar Carries No Weight Whatsoever as Our Answer Would be Unfeasibly Simple – They Actively Choose to Use Arguable the Worlds 2nd Worst Courier - Pay the Extra 37 Pence and Get DPD to Do it – Overall We Cannot Recommend Dryzone or Safeguard as Entering the 7th Day From Order We are Still Without the Products and Tracking Still the Same After Being Reassured We Would Have Them Yesterday . . . Overall Very Poor on All Counts . . .

However In Sincerity I Shall Lay Bear the Further Facts From Today (9/6/26) – Mainly So that You Can View the Situation in Absolute Black and White . . . Summary - After My Further Emails to info@safeguard Early This Morning - Delivery Today 9/6/26 was Confirmed but Unfortunately No One Could be Available to Accept the Package as We Were On-Site Working and Frankly Too Many Days had Elapsed with No Delivery . . . So We Stipulated the Parcel Had to be Deposited into The 'Secure Lockable Parcel Storage Box' at the Delivery Address – The Photos We Relayed Earlier to Your Operative Tagged 'Tiegan' Show the Successful Delivery Made by DHL at 14:38pm Today . . . To Confirm the Box was Thrown on the Properties Side Pathway - Condition = Wet, Smashed, Pretty Much Fully Open and Most Importantly 60% of the Order Completely Missing . . . So at Approximately 4:07pm When We found It We Relayed This Information, With the Photos to 'Teigan' [Fair Play – Appears Switched-On and Responsive] Who Has Confirmed the Missing Items Would be Shipped Out Tomorrow for Delivery on Thursday 11th June . . . So In a Nutshell – If We are Very Lucky – After Numerous Days, Large Quantities of Effort and Time on Our Part to Chase, Impart and Relay Information in an Attempt to Merely Receive our 'Next Day Delivery' Purchase - We May Get What We Originally Ordered by Sometime This Coming Thursday . . . Please accept our most sincere and unreserved apologies for the severe delay in receiving your order, and for the incorrect reassurance you were given by our team regarding a Monday delivery.
As contractors, we know that your time is quite literally money, and that your professional reputation relies heavily on the materials arriving when promised. We have let you down on both counts, and we are incredibly sorry for the disruption and financial impact this has caused to your project and your customer relationship.
The choice of logistics partner is ours, and when they fail to deliver, it is our responsibility. You trusted Safeguard to get our product to your job site on time, and we did not fulfil that trust.

If you can get in touch with us directly and provide your order number. We will be able to provide the following action to resolve this issue.
We can authorise a brand-new order of your original purchase to be packed immediately. We will ensure this is dispatched today via a different courier for a next working day delivery.
If the original DHL parcel does eventually arrive, please feel free to keep it with our compliments for a future job, or let us know and we will arrange a hassle-free collection at our expense.

Excellent service commitment, sound free advice at good value.
Prior to making decision on product required and placing order i contacted Safeguard Europe(SE) (via web based email submission) as i had received conflicting comments from persons on what product was suitable for my project which related to a suitable water repellant for external stonework. I have to say i was pleasantly surprised as by next day i received a phone call from SE's technical department. The young lady who called (Teigan) had clearly read my query as she understood the nature of my request and potential pitfalls. She was in no rush, patiently dealing with my queries, and went through relevant aspects of the product suitable to my needs (She also followed up with technical document e mailed to me to confirm details of product discussed). It was an excellent service, free of charge, and included no pressure to purchase from SE. Due to the service i decided to place my order directly to SE rather than elsewhere with other on-line suppliers. Their service commitment to give time, assist and advise, with no charge made me trust and want to do business with them - so i did. It was easy to place my order with them on-line and i was gob-smacked when the order acknowledgement stated 'next day' delivery as 'standard'. I was in no particular rush but this was excellent news. Unfortunately the service was let down when i checked the tracking link with DHL, courier. They had received the parcel at their depot but stated that there was a 'delay' however they still showed 'next day'. After staying in all day, monitoring link and seeing no change i had to go to DHL link and readjust delivery date. No explanation of delay but it spoiled the initial expectation, i was not in a rush, and DHL did deliver on the 2nd arranged date but i mention this as SE may wish to consider whether their chosen courier, DHL in this case, can meet their high level service commitment. However, SE's service was second to none, hence my score. The product is not cheap but SE were actually better priced than many of the other on-line suppliers.
