Had an issue with the bathroom fan not working on arrival (these things happen) but brilliant communication and fan picked up next day and new one dispatched that's brilliant.

Buying direct was much cheaper and easy.
Buying direct was much cheaper than buying from other retailers (even from one that stated delivery was direct from Safeguard). Delivery was free and arrived next day. Not used product yet so review just based on purchasing experience.

Never received my parcel
Never received my parcel, needed this before easter bank holiday to do a job and now let the customer down and cost me finishing the job .

I was very disappointed with my order
I was very disappointed with my order, I had ordered a mold removal kit along with paint but you only delivered paint, and on Saturday my builder had to go to Wickes and pick up some mold removal spray. I had to pay him extra for the time he spent.
