I was very disappointed with my order, I had ordered a mold removal kit along with paint but you only delivered paint, and on Saturday my builder had to go to Wickes and pick up some mold removal spray. I had to pay him extra for the time he spent.

Ordering process was good
Ordering process was good, found exactly what I needed and it was very promptly despatched. However the delivery company DHLecommerce has failed to deliver my item despite advising it would be sent on three occasions over the last 5 days. Although I still want the item I have no faith in the delivery partner chosen by the company so I have requested a refund

All 5*. Literally next day delivery. I had an approx delivery time so didn’t have to stay in all day. Best price I could find online and I looked at many sites.
Nope moth killer certainly does the job very well. It leaves no residue or marks on my wallpaper or emulsion walls. I first bought the 500ml trigger bottle but quickly found that to do 3 rooms plus killing moths individually that I needed more and buying the 5lt container is so much more economical. Mine has a shelf life of 18 months and I’m sure I’ll use all of it as I will be carrying on with a maintenance regimen throughout the year. It can take up to 2 weeks for moths to disappear after you start treatment and in my case, after 6 days I have only found 1 today. As you can tell, I thoroughly recommend this product and seller. Thank you very much.

contents broken and some missing
We have received our parcel but we are very disappointed!! The Fuse spur switch and box are badly damaged.
The Diffuser Mounting template and 2 washers are missing!
