John the trainer was great, made the course very informative but also entertaining.

The whole course was amazing. Very interesting and not boring at all. Dan and Jo were really amazing and made us feel at ease.

I really enjoyed the training, it was at a very nice venue with great facilities.
Nick presented the course well and the certificate arrived promptly.

Trainers communicated well (especially Nick) and engaged well with delegates. Content was as expected, and good use of practical exercises, though they did seem a bit disorganised a couple of times working with several PowerPoint presentations. However they did not just read the information the screen and used a lot of anecdotes to liven it up. They were also adaptable to different requirements of the delegates including a wheelchair user. Test at the end was not great - the question sheet was some well used 'dog eared' sheets of paper, this did not look good, the first question was misleading to all of us and could do with a rewrite. I was pleased to get my certificate within a day.

We received excellent service. Although the first trainee had to cancel due to an emergency during the day, a replacement, Wes Fletcher, was sent out. He was brilliant, and all the staff gave positive feedback at the end.
