SMSTS Course, I can not recommend enough this training centre, Frank Stanton, high level skills of teaching throughout the course, he deserve a pay rise and an oscar !

A very intensive course. You can learn a lot of useful things. Good organization and excellent presentation of information by Frank.

I booked an SMSTS course with this guys, I had to take my daughter to the hospital on the third day of the course so i informed the course trainer in the morning as it was an emergency. I gor back in the afternoon to join the course but the trainer logged me out of the zoom meeting and asked me to contact safety alert. When i contacted them, they told me i am supposed to attend all the course hours so i have to pay a new fee to be put on another course. How do i attend all the course hours if i have to rush my daughter to hospital, this guys are selfish and cold hearted, they only think of making money from people. I have been calling and sending emails for over 2 weeks to no avail. Finally, i got a response that i would be given a discount on the next course which i accepted. The course is tomorrow 5th june 2023, and i still have not heard from safety alert and i have been calling and nobody picks up. This is a very bad company, they dont even have an office where you can go to sort issues out. Please stay away from them. I really hope they pay for their sins. I will make sure to let the whole world know about them. Very unprofessional company. They will ignore your calls and emails, they just dont care about anything.

Lanre was a very clear and informative instructor. He used real life examples that made it easy to remember the content. You can tell that he cares about the theory and also ensuring that his pupils understand its importance.

Lanre was the course trainer and he does a really good job in ensuring every individual goes out of this course with as much information possible. He does that through emphasis on important points, revision of what we learned during the day and a recap on the following day. The group exercises are great too, because it helps you to be able to put in practice what you learned throughout the course. L V

Trainer was extremely knowledgeable about all subjects, very helpful with any questions asked and made sure everything was explained and understood. The course was full of information and overwhelming at times but going into the test I felt confident due to the trainers guidance. Thank you to Lanre Dalemo.
