I cannot recommend Karl & Terry at Safety Lifting Gear at Southampton enough! From the first time that I met them over a decade ago, they have gone over and above board to advise and assist. The team are incredibly curtious, responsive and professional, and always ensure my needs are meet. They provide exceptional service that truly exceeds my expectations for both purchases and hire.

Great service from Mitchell - prompt delivery, one part missing (couriers fault as split box) which was quickly replaced

I’m a bit useless ordering via web…., therefore had no option than to call.
I sincerely recommend that everybody calls..!!… Spoke to a fantastic Lady(Siobhan), who basically held my hand…., as I explained I’m an old “fart” on tinternet 😂…!! Seriously…, top marks to this Lady 🙏👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Delivered next day, as assured…💎

Finding the correct equipment for a job is sometimes difficult. Alan and his team in Glasgow always go above and beyond to find solutions for you and provide the best of quality.

Great team to deal with. Robert Hood at the Glasgow depot provided a 1st class service, from a competitive quote, through to follow up emails and delivery confirmation for collection from an alternative branch as requested. I have dealt with both Glasgow & Leeds branch and the difference between the 2 is amazing. Glasgow is now my go to branch for enquiries and sales. Keep up the good work.

First class service from SafetyLiftinGear. We made a mistake on our order, sorted out with no fuss or hold up .
Excellent firm to deal with

Placed an online order which needed some paperwork amending.
Mitchell found the parcel and made the necessary amendments.
Thank you

Contacted them twice so helpful nothing to much trouble
Excellent services

Amazing service yet again , Siobhan exceeding expectations and going the extra yard so as we can keep our customers happy and using quality products as recommended by Siobhan.

I would like to bring to take this opportunity to bring to your attention the efforts and fantastic service I have received from Meg O’Dwyer.
I have dealt with Meg for quite a few years now and I have to admit, she is a pleasure to deal with, and a valuable asset to your company.
It is due to the great service I receive from Meg that I tend not to go elsewhere for equipment - she is my first port of call.
Yours Sincerely

Excellent Company. Meg is fantastic! She is always professional, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled quickly and correctly. Excellent service.

Excellent service from Meg O 'Dwyer, always come back with quotes and order confirmations very quickly.

I placed an order with Safety Liftin Gear and missed an item from the order. I emailed them and received a reply quickly from Matthew Wowk. Matthew added the item to the order and processed it efficiently and quickly to ensure that the order was despatched that day. He was very helpful.

My order initially got lost the first time due to delivery driver handing parcel to unfamiliar person. I contacted safteylifitg.uk customer service, Mitchell went to the extent of offering replacement of items and also went out of his way to write a hand writtten message on the parcel itself to make sure it was handed to the named person on order so that it would arrive safely to us as opposed to the last time delivery was made. This shows great attention to detail and thoughtfulness of customer needs and i'm so glad i've come across someone who takes such pride in their work!

I purchased 2 x platform trollies, the quality of the build far outweighed my expectations, its first class.
Delivery was fast and professional, however there was a minor error due to a wheel, I reported this and Mitchell Jones responded immediately and remedied the issue. I highly recommend you use this distributor they are a refreshing change.
