Shein quality for big $$ and ARTOCIOUS customer service
Genuinely the worst company I have ever dealt with and wish I read negative views beforehand as I’ve found SO many with similar complaints now.
The quality of clothing is beyond atrocious, literally like they’ve bought them from shein and are reselling them for much much more.
I’m currently on my 3rd week battling them for a refund as there are stitches coming out of the seams and the quality is terrible, yet they keep saying I’ve just “changed my mind” and that their clothes aren’t misrepresented on their website even though they are.
I have escalated this to consumer affairs as the company don’t seem to have much of an idea about Australian consumer laws OR customer satisfaction.

They are Scammers who will STEAL your money
After much thought I splashed out £385 on 5 dresses because I really liked what they had on their website. they are expensive summer dresses , £70-£80 each, but the styles look so appealing and good quality. However when they arrived it turns out they are cheap, thin, bad quality Temu type dresses. Which don’t fit! I don’t mean too small, I mean they don’t actually fit properly. Straps that are too long , or too complicated to work out how they even tie up, necklines that hang down, uneven hems. Cheap, nasty, and fit for the bin. They look nothing like they do on the models on the website. They must have pinned them or adjusted them or photoshopped the photos. I had to send everything back because nothing was wearable or fit for purpose. I was charged £11 for returning these awful items of clothing. Then after chasing my refund I was told I would be receiving a CREDIT NOTE for £385!! I don’t want a credit note. I want my money back. This scam company have made £385 out of me and I have no clothes to show for it. I’m majorly out of pocket, It’s a LOT of money . I don’t want anything else from their awful website . I have never heard of a clothing site that only offers a credit note when you returns their clothes, distance selling rules state that you are able to return items ordered from the internet within 14 days. But they say their company policy is different , clearly not willing to follow consumer law. I wish I had never ordered from them. They are scammers and thieves.
Avoid unless you want to waste a load of money on clothes that you will have to send back AND are available on Ali express for a fraction of the cost. Yes that’s right, the exact same clothes can be found on the internet for normal prices .
Awful, disgusting company . I’m so upset that I’ve wasted so much money. I would give them Zero stars if I could !!!

Fault dress and only being offered a store credit
Zero stars if it was an option!!
I ordered a dress which arrived faulty. I reached out to the customer service team to be met with what seems to be an AI generated response. Several back and forth emails which are in no way helpful. I have returned the dress and they are still refusing to refund me my money and only offering a store credit which is against consumer law if the dress is not fit for purpose (which it is not as one of the faults is that the zip doesn't work). Unfortunately, I have now had to take this matter further, and I am currently out of pocket.

Went in to start my return process to find they only refund store credit! Emailed them stating that their return policy does not override my legal rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. I got an AI generated response more or less saying tough. Absolute scam company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Reported to Trading Standards. Cue their again automated response on how their returns policy is in BOLD and READILY AVAILABLE……….

Size guide isn’t correct and no refund is accepted
The dress I finally got was 5 stars I love it and always get compliments when I wear it and the quality is great
BUT … the size guide is absolutely ridiculous and the first dress I bought was tiny and I couldn’t even get it on , then there is no refund option and when you pay £80 for a dress you would expect a full refund ..
I had to wait a good few weeks to get my voucher and then took lots of time to decide what to buy to use it and not waste it .. I was a bit wary I would get another useless fitting dress it was very frustrating .
But the crochet black dress I finally got was stunning !
However I won’t order from here again due to sizing and limited refund options sorry S&P

Item arrived late
Item arrived late, colour of item wasn’t like picture on site. They don’t give refunds just store credit. Look in returns as it’s not shown at check out. Costs £16 for shipping and £11 to return just to receive store credit and a loss of £27 of shipping. My advice would be don’t put your self thru it as it’s not worth the money. And customer service is awfull rude and only repeat themself in replies. And help u to get no where.

First time ordering and never again
First time ordering and never again! 2 dresses I had ordered for my hen party cost me £146 and £16 delivery. The material is cheap and tacky looking l so I decided I’d return them only to discover they will only refund for credit to their store and I’ll have to pay £11 to return it! Absolute disgrace of a company you should be offering full refunds for clothes bought online, how are people suppose to know of the quality/sizing through pictures.

Unfortunately due to not being able to get a full payment refund I have lost out on £288. I wanted to try different sizes and if I had known I wouldn’t have been able to get a full refund I never would have bought from this site.

Over the past 18months I have ordered and returned so many items, just trying to get rid of my 250 store credit.
The quality is horrible. I have requested a refund, as it’s just pointless to continue ordering, just hoping the quality might change. Their response, return for credit is the only option.
DO NOT ORDER LADIES, fabrics are cheap, I would say they are photoshopping the images and making the dress appear to have a nice fit (they do not)

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Bought a dress for the first time from this company and it looked lovely but a little different from picture and planned to buy 2 more but when I went to wear the dress for the first time realised the zip was broken and didn’t zip up and stayed open. I contacted them to replace it and said I also wanted 2 others but was worried as this one’s faulty. I sent pictures showing it. They told me it had to have tags on to do anything. They are acting like I changed my mind and want a refund. Said it had to have original tags, packaging, not worn no perfume etc. but it’s a faulty item. It wasn’t worn anyway due to the zip but everyone takes tags off to wear the item for the occasion they bought it for. Clearly trying to get out of replacing the faulty item. Really annoyed as it wasn’t cheap and now I have a dress I cannot wear which they will not replace when it’s down to how it was made. I will go through my payment provider to get my money back and buy elsewhere. They will lose more sales from me so stupid way to behave. Worse customer service and policies. Don’t buy from this company as you won’t get any help if it goes wrong.

Really disappointed with this company
Really disappointed with this company. Ordered two dresses but one was very short and when started the returns process I’ve discovered that it’s £11 to return one dress?? The parcel is tiny and would be half that price for me to send just using the post office. I understand that it is store credit only when you return but to be honest the quality of the dresses are so poor I don’t really want anything else. To top it off I have just found the exact same dress with a different website for quarter of the price so not happy at all. Avoid at all costs.

Please think twice before you buy from this company. Absolutely shocking and appalling customer service. DRESSES ARE ALSO POOR QUALITY.
They insist on you having store credit. Products come from Australia and they are very cheap and fit terribly. THEY DO NOT REFUND YOU FOR RETURNS.
I ordered two dresses for a wedding with the intention to send one back. Firstly, the dresses were poor quality and fitted terribly. The bust area in particular was diabolical. The area was far too small and you can only fit in the dress if you have a very small bust. I am a C which I would say is pretty average and I ordered the dress in a medium. However, there was no coverage over my bust. I would actually say that for the dresses are faulty and they do not allow for women's breasts unless you are very small in that area.
When I then wanted to return the dresses, I have been told several times that it is store credit only. I live in the UK and due to the fact that the dresses are poor quality and fit terribly I would never want to purchase from them again.
I have emailed their customer service team at least 10 times and they keep responding to me with what looks like an automatic response. They are not addressing my issues. I have asked to speak to management on several occasions and they completely ignore me.
They have taken my money and will not give it back. I do appreciate the store credit policy. However I feel these are exceptional circumstances where I am in the UK and the dresses fit terribly so I am not satisfied nor would I ever purchase from them again due to this .
Seriously think twice before purchasing anything from this company.

However, we do clearly state on our website — in bold — that we offer store credit only for returns. We encourage all customers to review our returns policy before placing an order to avoid any misunderstandings.

Decent quality but bad sizing
Decent quality but you can't trust the size chart. Sizing varies widely and if it doesn't fit, you have to pay return postage as well as shipping for the original item and the different size. You quite literally pay 3 shipping charges to get one item. If they are going to do it this way, they need an accurate size chart. If you're on a tight time frame it isn't worth the risk.
