Whenever I buy something online I take a ‘deep breath’ and steel myself for what I’ve received as opposed to what I thought I’d bought.
The picture of my gorgeous new watch bands were true- the quality of the manufacture was beautiful and I’m ready to go back for another when a birthday looms. You won’t be disappointed !!!

My entire experience was very positive! There was a small issue of me not seeing the package when it was delivered (it was a very small small package and it was very windy!), but my husband was able to find it.

While we worked hard to dispatch orders promptly following our Feb 4th cutoff, international transit to Australia can occasionally face unpredictable courier delays, and I regret that we missed the mark for your gift.
Regarding the craftsmanship, each piece is handcrafted using genuine, natural gemstones, which gives them a unique, organic finish compared to factory-made items. I’d love the chance to make this right....please look out for a personal message from me so we can discuss a resolution.

Hate these earrings. They are faceted and look nothing like the photos on website. I actually got out my glass cleaner because I thought they were dirty. Yuck!

Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry for the disappointment! Our 'Drop of Light' earrings feature genuine faceted quartz, which is loved for its natural internal 'veils' and unique character. Because we use natural stones rather than glass, these internal features can sometimes be mistaken for surface marks, but they are actually part of the stone’s DNA.

I bought the jewelry for my daughter…
I bought the jewelry for my daughters birthday and I was informed after I made the purchase that the company is on month long leave and that they will not ship anything for over 21 days. That is unbelievable and unacceptable and I shpuld have been informed of that prior to my purchase...as a consequence it will arrive a week after my daughters birthday

I love everything about all the pieces
I love everything about my whole order, except one little thing. I am not able to make the twists in the bracelets small enough to button up and wrap my emaciated (from cancer treatment) arm, so the stones swing around my arm all day. However, it means I am always touching them and appreciating them, so I guess it is all good!
Edit! After a while the leather smoothed out and the two bracelets fit beautifully!

Their Customer Care is superb. They answer within hours. The Jewellery is very good quality. I have never sent anything back. When a parcel went missing, because of the Christmas rush they sorted it within a day! Can’t say enough about them, they care!!

Customer service was excellent had an issue with bracelet I purchased and they resolved very quickly. Jasper earrings I bought are lovely. Will purchase from them again.
