Easy transaction
Ordering online was straightforward and the exchange rate was comparable to others. There is also a buy back option to pay £4.95 for the same rate. Ordered one evening and had email early next morning to inform me about collection. This was easy to do at my local Sainsbury's exchange bureau and took only minutes. The staff member was lovely and I was able to have a choice of the currency notes. A good service.

Easy efficient currency withdrawal
Booked online, received a confirmation text and email when the money was ready. Very easy process throughout - would use again. And gained a slight benefit as a Nectar card holder!

Very quick arrangement….but
Very quick arrangement, easy to use website, the only reason I haven’t given 5* is because you are not able to select smaller denomination notes when ordering currency online. Ended up with mostly €20 notes
