It was very annoying to arrive at the currency desk to find it closed as the cashier was on a lunch break. Had to wait 40 minutes! We have busy lives and this is not acceptable service by any stretch. Won’t be using Sainburys again.

While there may be brief closures at quieter times to allow colleagues to take their scheduled breaks, a sign should be displayed showing when the bureau will reopen.

Click and Collect advertised as special…
Click and Collect advertised as special rates saving us money, only saved 47p on £150 on euros.
Email was not clear that the order has to be collected by the name on the order. I arrived with my wife's passport, and was refused.
On returning it was a lunch break for the kiosk.
Much quicker to turn up and just buy euros direct, which we have done before with no issue.
