The product was nothing like as advertised and although the website says it has a returns policy when I tried to contact them they would not respond. I have sent 5 emails and received no response at all. Another rubbish company

Very long time to deliver which rings alarm bells…china. Tacky cheap CD player, I have contacted them several times to return the item but no response. Don’t buy from them, it is another Chinese rip off company

Bought a boxing music pad for my son for Christmas. It didn’t arrive in time. Ordered 10th December. Received on the 31st. Emailed several times. No response. The item does not work at all. The charging light remains red but there is no power to the system. The advert said it would deliver before Christmas and at the very least I expected it to work. To scam people on a children’s product is abhorrent.

Bought an item from this company it’s just a cheap copy that didn’t work. Don’t believe they will give you your money back. if you give them your money, you have wasted it.

reçu une clé HDMI streaming TV, qui ne fonctionne pas, je leur ai demandé 3 fois de merembourser ou de me la changer, il ne répondent pas, je pense que le bas prix fond qu’ils s’en fiche complètement donc il ne vaut mieux pas acheter chez eux car si vous rencontrait un problème ils feront la sourde.

Commande effectuée et règlement encaissé. Depuis aucune nouvelle, malgré mes relances à un pseudo SAV qui reste désespérément sourd. Ça sent l'arnaque. Site marchand a éviter.

Commande faite le 16 décembre et rien reçu aucune informations depuis. Site à fuir apparemment basé à l'étranger. Je demande le remboursement il réponde qu'ils ont fait l'envoi. En tout cas je ne reçois rien aucune précision

J'ai commandé une teinture pour cheveux à cette enseigne. Aucun signe depuis, pas de confirmation de commande, pas de réponse à mon e-mail. Je n'ai aucune nouvelle.
A éviter, peu sérieux.
