False advertising

Ordered an item took a long time to arrive no refund process item not as described completely different material than was described in images and written descriptions. Automated customer service provided no support.

I ordered a tracksuit from this shop…

I ordered a tracksuit from this shop and what i received was nothing compared to what I had ordered. When I asked about how i could return the item they simply told me not bother returning because I would pay for shipping which is very much unfair because i am not going to get my money back. This shop is a scam thieves

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a dress which unfortunately when it arrived was too big however on contacting Salerbest they were extremely prompt in responding by offering a replacement in a smaller size. The dress is made in a flattering style and the material is very comfortable to the touch.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY / DO NOT USE. I ordered trousers. They took my money. Nothing arrived and they never sent a confirmation with an order number. I contacted them and they said there was no order despite me sending proof of the money taken by them from my bank. Then they just kept sending generic responses. I had reported to my bank as fraud.

After leaving this review, customer service did eventually get back to me. Still number provided but they say my order is now in transit (funny how they found it after I left a poor review!). We shall see if if ever turns up.

Bought these shoes through Facebook…

Bought these shoes through Facebook advert as they looked like they was stretchy which is what I'd been looking for due to having very wide feet but when they came definitely not as advertised no stretch what so ever . So disappointed what a waste of money if you have wide do not buy
