Hi Franco, we're sorry to hear this. The products are designed in Italy by a passionate team but sadly the production for helmets has moved outside Italy. The sunglasses continue to be designed and made in Italy. We have emailed you separately.

Great product and delivered quickly but haven’t received any response to an email or live chat query about strap adjustments (appears to be very limited adjustment meaning strap uncomfortable around ears)
